Very poor company, they used to do free returns, not anymore. They do have some good deals but unless you are a small child you will never find anything that fits.

Unless, stay away.

Ordered over a week ago and still no order there is no customer service to contact and I'm not sure were to ask the question were is my order!!
Have ordered in the past and never had no problem until now.
I hope I do receive my item very soon as its for my daughter and everyday she's asking were are my new shoes!

Anyone have a way of contacting these?
Phone lines are closed and don't seem to be getting a reply via email? Pretty urgent

I ordered Christmas presents with M&M direct with tracked and sign for delivery I had a notification come through saying the parcel had been delivered I was at work at the time and no one was home unusual as it had to be signed for when I returned home I asked my neighbours if anyone had taken a parcel for me and no one had there was no calling card in my postbox and no parcel on my door step
I contacted M&M direct and they told me they would investigate after some time they got back to me saying they interviewed the delivery driver and he said he handed it to the person who’s name was on the address this is impossible as I was at work. after that they told be no more action would be taken and I would not be getting a refund and the customer service advisor told me to take it up with trading standards. Disgusting customer service

Disappointed with the delayed customer service response, they respond when they want to and do not always answer the questions raised. Will choose not to deal with this company going forwards.

Stay away from this company. I placed a good sized order to get the items delivered quickly When I opened the first few items I could see that the quality is very poor, it seems that these are all counterfit goods and not authentic. It's clearly deception and legal what this company are doing. I sent the items back at my own expense, I haven't received any refund or contact from them, been trying to get hold of the company but just can't!

Stay away and if you want original clothing footwear etc then shop elsewhere.

I was wary of buying from here after seeing the bad reviews. But then I looked at reviews for sports direct, knowing I’ve always had a good service from them, and their reviews on here are even worse. So I went ahead and ordered from M&M. Happy to say my items arrived next day and were great quality. The sport top is a tad too small so I’ll have to return that, but I knew it might be before I put it in my basket, so it’s not their fault. As I signed up for the premium postage (£9.99 unlimited postage and returns for a year) I’m able to stick the pre-paid returns label on the package and send back via Hermes. All in all, I’m very happy and will be shopping with them (and making use of the unlimited shipping) again in the near future.

I sometimes wonder if people are only usually inclined to leave reviews when something is wrong, and less so when something is good (and I am usually guilty of this). The down side of that is that when people go to check whether or not they should use a company, they can be immediately put off by the ratio of negative to positive remarks. I’m making an effort to review whatever the quality of service, if it helps to put some people’s minds at rest.

Regularly bought clothes from here. Excellent value and speedy delivery.

Always held this company in high esteem have been a customer for years now sadly they don’t wish to know or help me try and track a parcel that should have gone to them

I have used this site many times and always happy with products quick delivery and good bargains I’m surprised to see low ratings

They probably print the brand logo in the t-shirt after you choose with brand do you want. After i bought from this site I'm receiving thousands of spam emails, thousands per day.
My recommendation is don't buy from them. Pay a bit more for a quality and genuine place.

I used to work for this company it’s a crap company don’t order anything from here your sat there probably thinking we’re is my parcel I can tell you exactly what they do the pickers don’t pick any of the orders right or if they get the right item they always get wrong sizes because no one cares they just wanna get on break. They told me to go home for the day come back next day as I was depressed I didn’t wanna go home they insisted I went home for day next thing you know I get a letter saying I have been fired because I left work perthetic

I ordered a pair of boots. These were a really high quality brand at a great price. The boots arrived. They were well made and a lovely colour but one boot was a slightly different colour than the other so obviously one of these was ex-display.
So I ordered another pair that were a darker colour. They arrived and were awful. They were not good quality. The colour was ok but they were too big in length and around the toe but hurt across the top of the foot. When I walked in them they made loud squeaking noises.
I looked on the site and found out that M&MDirect do not offer free returns and do not even provide a label and you have to go to the Hermes site, pay more money and get a label. They also make it clear that they take no responsibility for any lost return items and leave it to Hermes to sort out. I know this company offers goods at very low prices but I object to having to spend 16.00 to try on two pairs of boots. Both pairs that I received had something wrong with them and I am now having to pay to return. I noticed in the reviews that this company do not give good service on returns and I am now worried about returning these.

Decent on line shopping experience. Good value.

Hi all I’m replying to a TrustPilot message made previously who a member of staff from m&m direct replied and was not happy that I wasn’t happy with the appauling service and the way I’ve been treated for the last 3 weeks so the member of staff recommended me to request a manager to deal with the matter and I’ve done that and for the last few days I’m still I’m where I was 3weeks ago absolute joke it’s a company that doesn’t care and no customer service sorry I had to put 1 star there was nothing lower

Save over 800£ over the year . Excellent range just have be quick to get what you want. Only one item sent back .. over 50 delivery’s with in days .. great service good choice of courier service..

Bought a raincoat for about £30. A hoody arrived. No documentation etc. Their mistake was thrown back on me - I had to repackage, post, etc. Just not worth it. I can honestly say use with caution, no such thing as a free lunch.

I ordered some canvas shoes from them. After a few days the soles split so they were returned (at my cost) and a different brand ordered. Same thing happened. I have now bought Adidas shoes from amazon and although they are a bit more expensive, they feel much better. Most companies offer free returns for faulty goods or give a refund. I doubt if I will be buying from them again, which is a shame because they are a local company who I used to work for.
