Spot on company, I’ve Always found that they are quick to pick and dispatch orders and quite often receive my orders within a few day (I have paid for 12 months delivery). I find the goods are often cheaper here than on the brands own site.

Bought a challenger smart watch for my daughter. Arrived to today. Clearly second hand. Loose in box, no charger, or instructions or any information for that matter. When I plugged it in it only vibrated and would not turn on... Battery was scrapped and not of good quality. I could have bought second hand one for €5. Costing me more than that to return it. M&M offer you a whole range of products from companies like Nike and Adidas at prices you will be able to afford unlike some places that charge you more than the product is worth.

On the website there is a whole variety of products ranging from hats/gloves to t-shirts and trainers meaning that anything you want you will be able to get from them.

Delivery time is quick and prompt as I’ve never had a problem for the whole time I’ve been using them which is over a year. Only downfall is that I haven’t got Cashback from the company that they owe me for the last 2 months.

Would recommend if you want designer products at low prices

Fast delivery and great prices! Only items i wouldn't order from them is jeans. I am 30/30 and over the years their 30/30 jeans are either super tight or really baggy and skinny jeans advertised are not skinny and more natural leg. Good customer service though.

Excellent ..I order every month and paid 9.99 for 1 year next day delivery, which is always with DPD. Great service with good prices. I have never had any problems and have recommended to many friends.

Terrible service, parcel was out Wednesday, said delays out Thursday same thing delays out Friday, says they have made three attempts and parcel, will be sent back, everyday mm direct say they will deal with this, then on Saturday same thing email saying they have made three attempts, emailed mm direct got email back from a Ben saying hermes have made three attempts and parcel can be returned or forth attempt at my costs can be done, another company to avoid,

Great prices! & some really lovely stuff at half the price cant beat that! Deliverys I've always received earlier then expected thats a bonus and if I've ever had an issues customer care are very helpful.

Good prices good quality clothes - Poor choice of delivery service. This company uses Hermes a renowned awful company and I had 2 - 3 weeks of back and forth complaints with Hermes due to them losing my parcel amongst a catalogue of other issues. I won’t order from MMdirect simply because it’s not worth the hassle of putting up with a 1 star delivery service. What a shame.

Got a pair of sunglasses for my dad. All in excellent condition. I had a hassle-free transaction.

Paid for unlimited next day delivery for a year for only £9.99 never had a problem with an order yet and I’ve been using them for years. Don’t understand why so many bad reviews.

Ordered a pair of boots and £9.99 unlimited delivery for a year, tried on boots, didn’t like and returned. No refund. Complained to “friendly” customer services who said In a “friendly” way the money had left their end so they had nothing to do with it any more. End of story. I now have no boots, I’m £35 down, have a years free delivery I’m loathed to use and a very very bitter taste in my mouth with M&M.

The package arrived quickly, on time, no issue with postage at all.
However the good has major defect, I paid a pair of flip flip 20£ if I knew the product was faulty I would not order it in first place.
Cleary the website sell 2nd and 3rd best. it should be clearly written on the web site that it sells products with defects.

I am not return it as it's not worth my time, the product value is 5£ I should have a partial refund! the defect is clearly visible it ca not be a mistake.

First and last time I'll use the website.

They use Hermes delivery service. Avoid like the plague

Check sizing guide and always buy prepaid returns as there is always something you won't want. Customer service is always been good.

Can't fault, have used them several times now, great prices and if you do need to return something it is quickly refunded.

I made an order of 2 items on Monday 13 August 2018, and I have been checking the status of my items, to which it has been 'Preparing for Despatch' for 4 days now!!!!!!

I paid a delivery fee too, and their excuse was - systems went down for 2 days! no apology, no offer for refund! RUDE PEOPLE! DO NOT USE! STILL NO IDEA WHEN ITEM WILL ARRIVE!!!

NO EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE! LETS SEE IF THEY DO! WILL UPDATE
