Good try but not going to go down that route again. Two of the four items I have ordered were faulty and smelly. And though I ordered from the irish Website, had to pay €6 for delivery, then the order can only be send back to the UK, which is an additional charge of €10. Ridiculous. Took ages for the gear to arrive as well.

Great service and hustle free returns (if you weren't happy with the purchase), refund issued in no time. Online shop that you can rely on. Many thanks

This is the second time I have used this company so far so good. 1st time I purchased couple pairs uggs for my daughter they arrived quickly kept one pair and the other pair I did not keep went back with the prepaid delivery I purchased at time of order got my refund back onto my card with no issues usually 3-5 day time scale from when they received them back. I have just had my second order today come through and I am thrilled received within 2 days my new uggs got them nearly half the price and I have scanned the QR code in the boot as advised by ugg website to make sure Boots are genuine and it scans fine goes straight to the ugg website which is what it should do if genuine and not fakes. Also purchased some flip flop uggs for my daughter all ok with those too and got them also at half the RRP . Really pleased and now I definately know there uggs are the real deal I shall carry on purchasing my uggs from MM direct for me and my 2 daughters in the future as long as they are still cheaper than at UGG.com at the time. Well done MM one happy customer again.

Will never shop with them again. Ended up paying twice to return a parcel. Never known a major retailer charge for returns, it’s a joke!

Great for products but very bad customer service and DELIVERYS.! Its like pulling teeth when complaining.

Just received my order, super fast delivery only issue is that when i got my package (from Hermes) it was bashed/burst a little, opened the bag and my converse box was open and i only had one shoe!! I doubt anyone would steal one shoe 😂 So im guessing its fell out the bag in the van. Phoned customer service and they sorted it straight away no issues, very happy!-
Just want to add that I received my converse the next day after phoning.

When ordering I was expecting to return a couple of items, ticked the pre pay return labels.

Shipping arrived next day even though I selected Free 3-4 days.

Absolutely abismal service, courier can not get delivery of my parcel during working hours and only offer delivery Monday to Friday.

When parcel is returned undelivered I will be requesting a full refund.

Great prices, next day delivery. Definitely use again.

I purchased a pair of timberland boots which seemed to be very fairly priced for a pair of 6 inch premium boots. When they arrived I opened the box to find brown spray paint on the fronts and sides of the boots. It looked as if the brown leather was damaged and MM direct tried to spray them to cover up the damage with brown spray. What a joke! I then had to pay return postage and wait weeks for my refund. I guess that's why they don't do freee returns because they know they would lose a lot of money in profits for all the returns they would have to pay out for. Very Poor company with very poor quality goods! Avoid it's a waste of time, effort and money.

They sold me a pair of jeans that were supposed to be 34 inch waist, they turned out to be 39 inch. Told me my money would be back in my account as they were faulty. THEN said they were designed 5 inches bigger for the hips??????? i have spoken to gio gio an they say its a fault. mm direct are cowboys
