Worst experience ever buying a phone…
Worst experience ever buying a phone from these people, it cost me money 3 times to return a faulty phone which I never had even had pleasure of using, £9 then got charged 7% for return yeh that’s right, charged for receiving a phone what you paying £300 for, they kept telling me that the phone was not faulty and been tested, so I went to the apple shop and was told that the phone problem was probably broken screen from previous owner or water damage this is why it was flicking through multiple apps at once, I returned phone once again to them this time I was offered a refund but guess what I had to wait 5 weeks for refund to arrive to me, honestly people please don’t waste your time on these people, I’m shocked they have 4 stars as they don’t deserve any !!! It was June time 2025 don’t know exactly as now I have also lost all my details …answer to the reply!!! Firstly how can the phone have been fully tested and still be faulty it’s not making sense! Was charged twice for returning the phone and why should a customer have to pay for a return when it was pretty obvious that the phone was faulty? So customer is paying for return of faulty phone then a 7%charge..that’s criminal behaviour, and shouldn’t be allowed, and the refund wasn’t sent back straight away, so be warned about this, I bought one from Amazon and returned it back for upgrading I received refund within three days I have proof of what I’m saying, I had no compensation for my loss only the 7% taken off on last return, I am wanting people to be aware of this

Bad experience from start to finish, firstly I ordered a phone but purchased wrong one so I returned the item, to then be charged 7% plus £9 return charge,but because they had my refund I ordered another one which I wanted, it arrived with faults from opening package, the screen was opening every app on the phone at same time, I contacted them, they told me it could be my account, returned the phone to them costing another £9 for them to return the phone saying they have tested it and it was fine, but I’m not technical so I asked my son and granddaughter who is and everyone else who’s got a iPhone, they clearly said it’s faulty it’s nothing you doing wrong, returned the phone again costing another £9 special delivery I had had it checked by professional support before hand so they couldn’t fob me off again There was clearly a fault with the phone so 3 weeks later I still haven’t received any refund it’s saying it’s been returned but hasn’t reached me yet, I really want to warn people about this as I managed to get another phone from Amazon and service everything is perfect so don’t be put off by getting refurbished phones just check reviews because I didn’t and I’m out of pocket for phones I never even used,

Unfortunately, as an incorrect mobile number was provided on the order, this caused DPD to experience delays in delivering your parcel; as a code must be given to the driver to release the parcel.
After further investigation with DPD, it was confirmed that the device was forcibly taken from the driver at the delivery location, and is now in your possession.
Given this, and the nature of the incident, we will not be issuing a refund or providing further assistance.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will most likely receive what i have, a low quality phone. A low percentage battery that is over 2/3 years old. After the 30 days warranty, it will show signs of its low quality/fault and you will be stuck with it. As-long as they ‘repair’ it within the first 6 months of purchase you have no rights. All the 1 star reviews here in 2025 alone are for a reason! All they want is your money and to waste your time. Their products they are selling should be scraped. They have an answer for everything because they’re well practiced in this con and i’m reporting them. Once your 30 day warranty is up they can do this nonsense for 6 months then you have pretty much no rights. It’s a brilliant con really. High item price tag with low quality item. The low quality and low battery percentage should be reflected in the price & declared in the description. As a repair service a 100% battery should be the normal alone. They should be ashamed of themselves to be honest. Not a reputable company at all.

"Excellent" quality means bad battery
I purchased a phone categorised as "excellent" quality but it arrived with a worse battery health than my 2.5 year old phone it was to replace. I enquired to ask how this happened, and was told it was how they categorised "excellent". Really poor. Have requested a fix or refund.
