Competitive pricing, easy switching process
Website was very easy to navigate and very helpful for explaining the necessary steps for switching providers and retaining one’s number. Prices offered for new phones and contracts were very competitive. My new phone was delivered very quickly and the switch to IDmobile was seamless. I wish I’d switched sooner!

Great price, best deal I could find on the internet and cheaper than buying the phone outright but having the benefit of unlimited data - what's not to like? Appalling Ordered my new oppo phone with a free…
Ordered my new oppo phone with a free package attached to claim from oppo. Contacted oppo to be told I'm not eligible, false advertising not impressed and won't buy from you again which is a shame being a new customer. Unable to claim my bundle of a watch, ear buds and charger package has advertised when I purchased my Oppo find from mobiles. Emailed Oppo with the information they needed and got a response saying I'm not eligible. Either way I've not received the offer you advertised so I'll be looking to return your phone.
