I bought some white lacquered kitchen furniture from a kitchen designer in December 2022.
I have chosen the brand MOBILTURI, because the quality seems good and the prices right.
But what's a very bad surprise when the furniture has been installed.
The melamine on some shelves was blistered, there were deep scratches on the edge of some shelves, one of the white lacquered panels was scratched in several places, the edge of the front of a drawer was scratched, the multi-level drawer basket has a piece of melamine broken off the front.
Out of 9 pieces of furniture, 5 had defects i.e. 55% faulty.
The MOBILTURI sales representative came to take note.
I asked him if there was any quality control on the production line. He replied: "No, the production line produces 400 kitchens per day!”
I demanded that the defective furniture would be replaced under the warranty. The new furniture arrived 7 or 8 months later and was invoiced to my kitchen designer, who wasn't responsible for the default.
On the furniture that was delivered there were cut-outs to be made in the factory ... these cut-outs were not made, and the kitchen designer had a hard time making them on site.
In short, avoid this brand, as it does not have the required level of quality and does not provide a serious warranty.

It has taken practically 12 months to have my kitchen fully installed. Firstly they delivered the wrong colour kitchen when reordered had to wait 6/8 weeks for delivery. Nearly every drawer cupboard sent were either flawed or dented, for which Mobilturi blame their carriers. There has been no compensation offered as they say they have delivered the goods. The last drawer that was meant to be replaced because of a dent didn’t even match the wood grain, so we gave up putting the dented one at the bottom. The kitchen wasn’t cheap and Mobilturi has no compassion or customer care as far as we are concerned. We wish we had gone to Howdens.
