My site suddenly slowed right down, so I contacted support. They responded quickly and, importantly, were completely honest — instead of just blaming my account, they actually checked my resource usage and confirmed it was within normal limits. They then identified the real cause (server-wide disk pressure) and escalated it straight to their infrastructure team with a ticket reference, saying they'd keep me updated by ticket and email.

I really appreciated the transparency and the clear communication. It's reassuring when a host takes ownership of a server-side issue rather than pointing the finger back at the customer. The response time and diagnosis were excellent — just hoping for a quick fix now that it's escalated.

The elusive checkbox strikes again. The default setting was checked, and in my opinion it should be unchecked. After explaining the situation the simple solution was to remove the domain/alias and recreate with the correct checkbox setting.
