On December 30, 2020, I received an email saying my mini chainsaw (over $50) had been delivered, and if I hadn't received it, to let them know. Instead of the chainsaw, I received a small package with a piece of wire in it. Since that time, I have sent 6 emails trying to get them to correct their mistake. The only response I got was to send a photo of the wire I had received which I did immediately. Since then, I have heard nothing. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have been ripped off. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in hopes they can do something about their horrendous customer service.

I received my order on Feb 5, 2021, but the product did not fit my body well. I emailed to inquire about a return authorization. I received a reply that I had to pay for return of the merchandise to China. The amount to return the item well exceeds what I paid for. Their website states return policy, but not mentioning that the return cost is on customer or the return address is in China. I have sent 2 emails, asking to provide return address in US, but no response. I just don't want to waste the product or money! I don't think they are doing a good business.

I tried to contact them and they never responded to me. I also tried the phone number they had on the website and it’s just a worthless machine saying that they were closed. When my item had said delivered it was sent to the wrong address and no one would get in contact with me. Several days later the package finally came to my home we think that the person who had got it originally sent it back to our post office to correct the mistake. The item was about 44 dollars and were lucky to actually receive it, it looked smaller in person. I didn’t see the reviews since the website look legit felt so dumb after seeing the actual reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! They send you something completely different from what's posted on their Ad. I ordered a Drone which shows going underwater in their video. They sent me a piece of cheap junk, much smaller than what was posted. Also the hand controller's characters are all in Chinese. I am an American and I don't read/speak Chinese. The battery sent was only 500 mAh and the Ad says a 2,600 mAh batter is included.

The experience is very bad. They sent me leggings for $ 36 - they turned out to be a child size. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they promised to replace it - it never happened. LOST MONEY. Has a class court been brought - I want to join

Garbage company. Ordered an item for $50. Two weeks later was notified that it was "delivered" but never received it. I researched them to see if they were out of China and got a Tuscon, AZ address as company headquarters but...sure enough...everything shipped from China!

I asked for a drone, which appeared for 120 dollars or more at 69 dollars 4K, without a camera, it turns out that it is a plastic toy, ordinary, the phone on the page says it is not in service, they recommend returning the item to China because not They have an office in the USA, they are scammers, how much does it cost to return something to China, because they do not collect the item and return the money, that page is a trap

Item I ordered is junk. It's a drone. Does not fly. Broken parts and customer service is nonexistent

We started the return process on December 4th for our Children's Magic Luminous Drawing Boards. 3 of them as we found out the grandkids already had them. After going thru there process for returns we were promised our money returned within 4 to 7 business days on December 15 th 2020. Today is January 16 th 2021 and still not refund. I would 100 percent NOT recommend buying from this company.

SCAM! Ordered two robots and received two cheap robots that all they do is play an annoying music while dancing in circles all the time.

Do not purchase from this company! We purchased a robot and RC truck for our grandsons to be delivered before Christmas. They were not. Truck finally arrived 1/11/21. Both items were not as advertised, far from it. They are cheap little toys I could have purchased at a Dollar store. After robot arrived, it took almost two weeks to get a response from the company and they do not care! They are a scam & lie in advertising

My return would cost $58. They would not send a return label. Terrible dishonest company. BEWARE of this company scamming people. Horrible experience.

I ordered the monster excavator and got a cheap kids toy that I can buy at the store. Ended up paying 3 times as much for it. Called and sent emails and no correction to the problem or money back. Don’t order from them at all you will loose your money and get a cheap toy.

This is a bad bad bad shop according to my experience.
Their shop is so catchy they presenting everything in pretty-perfect-beautiful way to make you buy it and not to think twice. I got into that trap also. First I thought that the whole shop is a cheat, I'm reading in some reviews that you received your order, I was not so lucky because it's been on a way for 2 and half months. I asked 3 weeks ago to sort it out, someone called Michael answered from their support after 1 week of waiting , he/she apologized and offered me to resend the order(drone). I asked to send me a new tracking number which I haven't received until now, he just wrote , "Let me check" and he did that twice which took 2 weeks!!! and I've kept on asking him , where is my tracking number? nothing just excuses and another "let me check". I don't even know how to claim money back because only contact is that not reliable support.
Please, guys, whatever happens with my order, if you buy anything from e-shop think about basic rules what a shop should have to be reliable. this one is missing a lot.
25.01.2021 - update - my dron still has not arrived

What a waste of time. Ordered two orders, site says they process in 1-3 days but they DO NOT tell you they ship from China, which took another 30 days. Needless to say it missed Christmas. The quality of the items was poor and not near what was represented. NEVER AGAIN FROM THESE PEOPLE and I'll tell anyone I know not to buy from them.

Scam company....ordered game, it arrived missing some of the playing pieces.....Their eventual reply through PayPal was they will refund my $ after I return product to them, but I pay for shipping. Not!
PayPal is not any better...

Absolute crap...... I ordered a mini chain saw and received a tiny CHAIN in the post !!!! !!!!! Total scam I'm sorry I never looked at the reviews!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!
