RC excavator is scam

I ordered a truck I saw on an advertisement. It looked like a great deal. When it arrived, it wasn't what we payed for. This website is a scam. Their support never responds. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I usually do, but they got me.

I purchased the "Monster RC Hydraulic Remote Control Excavator". On the site they hyped it up by advertising it with a little girl swinging on the boom. Looks awesome! They make you think that is what you are purchasing however come to find in small lettering grayed out, it says "large tractor out of stock, this is our new one" However the name still says "Monster" and still advertises for the Monster tractor. On top off that they shipped this miniature version of what they advertised in it's original thin little box with just a USPS bag over it. Upon arrival on my door step, the box was destroyed inside the bag and the tractor was broken. China needs to stay in China with junk like this. With the political war going on I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from abroad. Completely unexceptable and straight forward a smooth robbery. I give a negative 5 for this company.

Also got scammed. Bought my son the dancing robot ($70) which was like 2 feet tall, danced , had a camera and could follow your movements.. did my research.. looked up reviews.. all had good reviews (obviously staged by the horrible awful human beings) Checked Amazon and could only find a small one with a remote that didn’t do too much, half the size, talked in a weird chinese accent ($22). Opted to spend the $70 on the cooler one.. yep guess which one came in the mail, 5 days after Christmas to top it off.. the $22 dollar one from Amazon that I could have gotten in 2 days with free shipping. Jerks!! Yeah I’ll stay local for sure from now on! Wish less that 1 star was possible.

I think modern indigo and deal o saur are the same people.I ordered a small saw from them,yet to receive it. Deal o saur, same thing. Boy!

Total Scam! I have filed every formal complaint possible; Better Business Bureau, FBI-Internet Crime (IC3.gov), e-commerce.gov, federal trade commission.

I ordered and paid for an item. Never received it! Their phone number only goes to a voicemail, the automatic email I received is from a “Michael” at MODERN MINT! Modern Mint is a well known scam and has been reported numerous times to all of the bureaus and agencies for fraud. After diving deeper into this “company” it says it’s based out of California but it’s not. And the reviews on their website are fake, after watching a review from an engineer about their factious website.
BEWARE**If you gave them money like I did. save all or any communication with them and file a chargeback!

RATE THIS COMPANY A DOUBLE 0. They don’t deserve a 1 star. I was scammed. The product I ordered at $154.90 was double what I later saw on Amazon and other sites. When I requested a return they gave me a CHINA address. It would have cost me over $100 to send it back with the tracking they require. It looks like a USA company, it is NOT.

We ordered a Monster RC Hydraulic remote control Excavator in Nov 2020 for Christmas showing a child being swung on the arm of a rc jcb excavator and the jcb being loaded on ramps into a car and digging a trench after this was advertised on pinterest.We paid through Paypal and the company paid showed as Krafty Goods Inc. on paypal invoice. It arrived Christmas week a shoebox size box containing a plastic toy jcb. We contacted the support team(email) asking for returns address and refund and we had no response. We escalated the problem through Paypal resolution and the company has till the 3rd of Jan 2021 to respond. We noticed ModernIndigo changed the description on the website near Christmas saying the monster rv was out of stock and giving the dimensions of the tiny rv but however on my online receipt it has the thumbnail movie still showing the original. Please, to avoid massive disappointment and feeling foolish shop at known reliable retailers.
