So I saw these tickets for 1.903 DDK and was filling my order/credit card information. And when I was all done and paid for it. I was sent back to the momondo home with no information about that order. I thought the order did not go through. But 2min later I got an email comfirming my order but the price I paid was 3171,75 DDK. Well played Momondo, well played! Never using momondo again! SCAM...

Momondo used to be good but now it really sucks. It has become so slow and you are spammed with ads and you can't rely on the prices. They even say in their own disclaimer that they prioritise the airlines that pay them. Fair statement, but then Momondo is useless to me.
Search directly on amadeus and then go to the individual airlines and check prices.
They probably have an agreement with trustpilot too that they can remove bad reviews. That is how trustpilot works. Untrustworthy too

As soon as I clicked "Confirm", I was informed that my Kiwi flight purchase was completed and non-refundable, and $55 more than it said on the screen when I clicked "Confirm". If the price is going to go up (probably due to the search engine hitting the airline site so many times), I would have expected an opportunity to cancel the purchase instead of being told a new price AFTER my credit card was already charged for the higher price!

I booked through momondo . I used Crystal travel agency. My flight was over Iran and Iraq January 8-9 after few hours Ukrainian airplane was crushed by Iran. I am an american citizen and I was very scared to take a risk. Crystal travel took my $538 and never offer any help. They blame me not to take a flight, customer service rep. Khamal told me to get over it and understand that I lost my money . Momondo send me email after I complain, that there is nothing they can do.

There is no screening of the booking companies used or airlines, not even customer reviews. If you use momondo you might end up booking through a scam company. It's not a very safe solution, there has to be something better. Simply linking in with Trustpilot or TripAdvisor would be an easy solution that would increase safety, instead they make it easy for bad companies to get customer. In my book that makes momondo a pretty bad company too.

Seems like a bait and switch, when you do a search it will say that the flight price is available on 6 sites and then you find out that the price is not available on any of the sites. All the prices were 2x what came up on the search.

Today I booked a flight through MOMONDO -- I thought I was booking a flight with the Airline ( in this case , FlyBe ) ... BUT NO ... When I clicked on the flight I wanted to purchase ( with FlyBe ) , I was passed to a Booking Agent-- in this case , OPODO... I paid for flight , then get a message from OPODO , telling me that they are waiting for "Confirmation from provider"..... When this confirmation comes through , IT IS FOR COMPLETELY WRONG MONTH !.... So I contacted OPODO to get it altered ( took over 4 hours to get through to a person...) , they deny responsibility -- DESPITE THEIR DOCUMENTATION THAT TELLS ME THAT I CAN ALTER THE BOOKING , through them ( for a FEE , of course ).... they just tell me to contact the Airline ( FlyBe --- who were very helpful when I managed to contact them... of course , I re-booked through them directly ).
THIS IS THE 2nd TIME in a Few Months , that I have had EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAPPEN , WHEN BOOKING A FLIGHT THROUGH MOMONDO... last time , it was with Kiwi....... ( but I just had to forfeit the cost , & rebook completely , as Kiwi denied all responsibility)
I fly every week , and this problem has ONLY HAPPENED WHEN I BOOK THROUGH MOMONDO , who pass me to a 3rd party Agency..... MY ADVICE , DONT USE MOMONDO , UNLESS YOUR FLIGHT IS BOOKABLE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE SITE.....

Used to be my favourite app to book flights with. I would promote the app to everyone. I used the app several times a month as my work requires me to constantly travel. Last three or four months i realised that the choices were less and the prices were a whole lot more. I then read up that Priceline Group bought them out in 2017. Which means the prices go up and the value comes down for MOMONDO. What a pity!!!

So I have flight in precisely 6 hours. Despite contacting Momondo I’ve received no response. They haven’t sent a booking code for the flight via email like all third company parties do so I can’t check in online. Wizzair have said the third party I booked flights through need to provide booking code - otherwise I pay a fee at the airport. Momondo can’t send a simple email with the code so looks like I’ll be fined at the airport. They will not Ben hearing the last of this.

1 star for allowing scam business to operate through their site , I know Momondo, I see your messages pushing away your responsibility , but it’s from your site people get redirected and scammed , because they put trust into your well designed paged .
Unreliable and risky trip search , stay away.

I got a great price on a round-trip fare on their website. I searched, booked, paid. Then received a call saying my reservation was cancelled because the airline provided would not respond to them and they were trying to resolve the issue. Waited a couple of days and repeated the process. ONCE AGAIN, the cancelled my reservation! I wasted so much time dealing with them, the ticket prices almost doubled. What a joke. They told me via email from customer service they do not make reservations but only direct you to the airline provider. No where during the on-line booking process on the Momondo site was I ever redirected.

they allow scam companys too thrive on their website , cant reach out too them for a good reason, they dont want you too =) , in reply too momondo, im pressing charges with the swedish police and swedish govement , have fun and good luck ..i.. , you can use the swedish support site for further contact <3 , please keep in mind, you are delibirately making your customers feel less than they are

Good price. Almost perfect service

(I'm typing while shaking with rage as I just got off from the phone with the Momondo CS). Giving 1 star is beyond generous. I'm appalled and shocked that this hell hole is still operating.

It's my very first time booking through Momondo. Never had I ever experienced such poor, unprofessional horrible experience in my life. I've been travelling my whole life, and I normally use Skyscanner, but a friend referred me to Momondo. It's the most irresponsible company that I've encountered.

I booked a return flight through Momondo, then It redirected me to eDreams (fuqken eNightmares). They deducted my credit card, but I didn't receive any booking confirmation, only a lousy sketchy 'booking request in process'.

I tried countless of times to contact their CS, but it's so irritating and almost impossible to talk with real agents. Then I ended up making an expensive long distance phone call to London. A super rude obnoxious Indian guy was talking to me. Not sure if he's underpaid, or rather fed up with all of the complaints that he has to bear every minute everyday. It turned out that MY BOOKING WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, he said that they are unable to find the flights, and YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I was furious to say the least, why the fuqk would you publish such availability and take my money if you are unable to process the booking??! Classic scammers, of course it will require at least 7 to 10 days to refund my money. So now, I'm all pssed and with no money to book for another flight. I haven't receive any cancellation refund email from edreams.

Since I'm worried and been anxious all day. Then I tried to reach out to Momondo about this.
Again, a guy answered my call and he kept referring me to their lousy unhelpful website. "please refer to our website on the help section". Why would I make such an expensive long distance phone call and yet being referred to your fricking website. Your website is unhelpful to say the least.

I was explaining my booking process and expressing my frustration on this matter. The CS guy said that he doesn't understand half of what I was saying and kept referring me back to their website. It made me even more furious. Which part of my English you don't understand?? beyond rude and obnoxious. . Then the guy HUNG UP on me. Seriously?? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

SHAME ON MOMONDO to have affiliated with scammers like eNightmares. SHAME! and shame on your poor customer service.
To that guy I was speaking to, whoever you are, I hope you will get sacked asap.

I searched for Innsburg to Tehran flight, the Austrian Airlines round-trip flight was priced at 950€ and I chose the ticket vendor site but the booking stage increased by around 100€
I have chosen cheaper sites several times and encountered the problem that I realized there was a lie in the process. Dealer sites display false and inaccurate prices in Momondo!!

I have used Momondo a couple times for tickets to Europe and Mexico. The first trip to Europe worked out great. RT non-stop to Zurich from Dulles for $540. Hard to beat. No issues. The second time I tried to use for Mexico I got the typical treatment I read in other reviews. I would see a price and click on the link, try to book the tickets and the price would be dramatically higher, sometimes 3x higher. The site would state those tickets have been sold and are no longer available. I would go back to Momondo and the cheaper tickets would still be listed. I would try again with the same results. A classic bait and switch. I finally called the travel website and spoke to an agent. I told them my experience and they did not seem to care. They kept saying tickets get sold all the time and the cheaper ones may no longer be available. When I asked why are they still advertised on Momondo they tried to sell me other tickets. Then I was blown away when they asked "how much do you want to pay". Fortunately, I knew what they were up to so I told them the original advertised price. They ultimately sold me tickets for that price, but this process took over 30 minutes of debating and arguing over the phone. It certainly wasn't a pleasant experience. It was like buying a car at the dealership.

Never use Momondo for your booking! They can forward your search to any third-party booking sites like BudgetAir.CA and get poor end-user support and higher price. On my recent booking, the cost went up over 300 CAD from the invoice amount due to Budget Air used USD for the conversion. There was no indication of the exchange rate or using the non-Canadian site for booking during the payment; you won't come to know until you see the bank statement! I heard similar stories from several frustrated friends! I contacted BudgetAir.CA, but their customer care executives were rude and offered no support and challenged me to cancel the booking with a fee of $70 per person. Think twice before you book next time with frauds like Momondo!

Momondo Is the best! I found always the cheapest prices. Momondo is much better then Skyscanner or Kiwi.

Momondo has enlisted Travel link agency to specify cheap prices, on booking the cost went up over 300euros on KLM. I will never use Momondo again. Neither travellink that cheats on selling at a lower price and absolutely no customer service to rectify their cheat sales
