Monaco is a company of solicitors that only works with employees, and from day one, the response has been super quick. Once I submitted my request, I received a call within a day. While the situation itself is stressful, Simrath has been super supportive and very responsive. The AI tool that they are providing, including in the package, was super helpful!

Honestly, I would recommend them to anyone who is experiencing redundancy.
