We have successfully cancelled the subscription on your second account and processed a full refund, which should appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days. You now have no active subscriptions and will not be billed again.

(Update they are literally fighting giving me a refund saying I got the service, giving this update since they have replied to my feedback making out like they have made it right. They are definitely scammers in my opinion) Signed up with big promises of getting money. They claim a no questions asked refund if not satisfied. I signed up and immediately they tried to upsell me to get what was promised originally. They charged me an additional $6.99 that I didn’t authorize. Shady business in my opinion. I canceled the service immediately but guess what, no immediate no questions asked refund. No option to get this refund. Had to file a dispute with my card company. They promise big money but to me it looks like they should be paying a settlement for the misleading ads. Definitely don’t recommend this company
