The room was clean had just been remolded,beds were soft and good pillows, wonderful staff as always ( we've stayed there twice in two weeks). We did have some noisy neighbors but the motel itself is wonderful for the price 😄

Double check your booking.
Having stayed here multiple times over the last ten years on trips to and from NY state, its easy access from interstate, having a clean, comfortable room with wi-fi access, and a Golden Corral nearby makes this a reasonable choice.
But I mistakenly booked myself twice, and was charged as such. As a single senior, almost 80, this both disappoints and frustrates and frustrates me . Not very good for you reputation.

The San Luis motel 6 staff and facility…
The San Luis motel 6 staff and facility was outstanding , that being said the Morro Bay motel 6 was a true nightmare , staff , room , facilities were horrible , we could not lock windows, tub and shower had no safety pad ,I fell forward in the shower and caught myself before I hit the wall. Furthermore we advised the staff of all this and they banned us from any future stays ,it was absolutely ridiculous, we need you to reconcile this within your Motel 6 family I would gladly encourage you to contact me regarding this report!

Management lies
The General manager is a liar and has no balls. He would say one thing to my face then turns around and does the complete opposite. We had been waiting for our apt to finish the renovations so we could move. We had been there a while and I left my wallet at work and need extra time to pay the room. He told me i would be able good to go get it and pay late. While I was getting my wallet, he kicked my kid out in the heat with all of our stuff then called the cops on her. She almost got arrested. I will NEVER use motel 6 again. Their management is trash.

It has its ups and downs!
Did not like the amount of guest that smoke and drink Infront of doors and hallways. No staff at night which lets people do whatever they want overnight. Doesn't feel as safe as it once did before. Price is fair and the motel staff and manager is great at this location. They are very kind and try to work with you as much as they can.

The motel6 stay in Hattiesburg Mississippi was a terrible experience. Somewhere along the way - there's no accountability from the chain to the property owners for quality of basic sanitation in a room and environment of the motel. I think the owners just don't care.
Here's my review that I gave on Google:
"I really, and unfortunately, feel like this place should be bulldozed. There were grease marks staining the door and wall from where a dog likely stayed for years. Tub had mud in it, and the floor in front of the toilet doesn't look like it's been mopped in the last month. Broken lamp shade... Then there's what looks like a snot-rocket on the wall...
I no longer am enamored with the budget Motel6 chain."

A while back I stayed there in Clarkston everything was fine and went to school can the next day I called to stay there again and when I got there the lady was not friendly in the morning and I had already made reservations like usual and this lady said I had to pay a pet deposit on my handicapped dog and they did not have a room that was handicap that would accommodate a dog so I have not been back there since they decide charging activated description haircut taste it all night hair in my nose if you went under the cover this morning
