Really happy with the online service and quick delivery. It was so easy! Products are also reasonably priced and beautiful.

Went to mother care in Chelmsford to buy a pram and car seat for my son and was helped by a shop assistant called abbey who was extremely helpful. We liked her honest and kind approach. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took alot of time with us to help us with our decision going through all the various options. Shame we had to go elsewhere as they didn’t have the item that we tested in store in stock. Thank you for your help abbey :)

Really good service, even came out in the pouring rain to fix car seat and nothing was too much trouble. So helpful to parents who just want to make sure they’re doing the best for their children

Love mother care and their service although it’s bit slow in Edmonton but there is this guy who service on till upstair first floor and his is so hard working and very helpful I insisted to take his name to write good review about him and he called ( James ) honestly such helpful very nice welcoming person and good towards me and my kids ... thank you very much

Went to expectant parent event at Thurrock. Really great experience. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Gabby helped us out with all our needs. They didn’t have the travel system in stock that she wanted but she went above and beyond and spoke to managers and they let us have the display one and sorted out a very good price for us. All staff were there to help with everything you asked and wanted. Would recommend anyone to go.

Rubbish experience shopping with mothercare. Ordered a cot bed which said deliver estimated 3-5 days, a week later I hadn’t heard anything. I looked up the order and it was more than a month for deliver but no one had informed me. A couple of weeks later they called to say the order had been cancelled as the cot bed was out of stock - yet it was in stock online? My advice would be to use other sellers as mothercare have been very unrealisable

Fantastic customer service and informative advise from the aberdeen store. We were served by Niamh who helped navigate us in the right direction towards the most suitable pram for our requirements. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service from St Enoch Glasgow. Tried to return a gift we had been given, but because it has been reduced by £3 they refused! No refund, no exchange, just get lost.
Well hope that £3 keeps your company afloat, we will never be back.

Today I visited mothercare to try some baby carriers on, ready for baby number 2, whilst having a look a lady came over called lucy, she was fab!!! She showed me how they worked and the difference between them all, great member of the Plymouth team, thank you lucy xxx

Placed an order two days ago at 7.30am for baby milk and paid for express delivery which the website states if you order before 6pm you will receive on the next working day (that day being Thursday). Come Thursday morning there was no update from yodel so I phoned mothercare only to be fobbed off on the phone that the items were at my local depot and should arrive by lunchtime. Lunch time arrived and went to I phoned again to be told the items hadn’t been dispatched from yodel and there was a delay- they refunded me my £4.95 delivery and told me the items would arrive tomorrow. Well that’s today and I’ve checked yodel and to my surprise they’ve had to open and repack the items. I’ve phoned up and cancelled the whole order and they’ve issued me a refund. Terrible experience and will not be using them again.

A406 STORE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PAID NEARLY 2k FOR BUGABOO PRAM AND CAR SEATS..THEN PAID £1500 for CUPBOARD N COT GOT MESSED ABOUT SOO MUCH FOR IT THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH OUT TELLING ME...DISGRACEFUL COMPANY DO NOT GO THERE MAMAS N PAPAS MORE PROFESSIONAL AND BETTER ...DAYMM U Time wasters

Phoned customer service today and it was dreadful! Very unhelpful! We got a mothercare high chair (Star Grey) as a present more than a year ago. The high chair‘s footrest is being held by two tiny screws but because they are short, they go loose. Reason these are now missing! Customer service is asking for Order Number which we don’t have as this was a present. Lady friend who gave it to us has no more receipt or record of purchase! Surely mothercare have the spare screws. Why do mothercare have to ask for order number/proof of purchase for just 2 tiny screws?!!! Terrible at it’s best!!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I registered with mymothercare as they advertise a £10 discount for purchases over £100 and I wanted to but two car seats costing £100. The acknowledgment email made no reference to any offers so I had to search the FAQ's on their website to find out how to get the discount. It states that vouchers are emailed up to 48 hours after registration. However, well over 48 hours later and I still have no vouchers. I emailed via the website before I made the purchase and was asked for an order number, clearly my email hadn't been read. Now I'm being bombarded with emails telling me to check junk mail - I have constantly been checking! I have had to order the car seats as they are on special offer and I was afraid they would go out of stock. My son had specifically chosen two of their models otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. There is no way that I will ever buy anything again from this company. Vouchers have just arrived over 96 hours after registering. Any decent company would refund £10 as the information on their website is incorrect.......

Absolutely fantastic customer service and product knowledge from the staff in Watford. We spent a lot of time in store with 'Sophie' on deciding on a pram, cot and car seat. She even checked our car to see if the car seat would be the right spec to fit in.
We literally had no idea what we were looking for. She discussed safety features, legislation for car seat safety and financing. Other staff were just as helpful. Would not hesitate to purchase everything with them in-store. They have given two new expectant parents a sense of clarity in making the right purchases for our little one, thanks again.

Totally unprofessional service at mothercare crown point yesterday. Myself and my family purchased a stroller, had it put together put had an issue with one of the wheels plastic been left. The lady serving asked for assistance from another colleague, which she was made to feel small by another colleague, patronising even offending her 3 times, all this in front of customers including my child. Was not a big issue and felt really uncomfortable. Can’t imagine how your employee felt. Not the best customer service

I needed two small buggy /strollers for occasional use for twins who are 3 , Truro ( Cornwall is my nearest ) the store is well laid out and terry the store deputy manager was extremely helpful nothing too much bother and very patient with me and knowledgable about products .
