Mothercare 

Went to Mothercare Manchester Fort shopping centre for a car seat.
Sultana who served us was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took a couple of car seats to our car to check they would fit and demonstrate how to attach them. A very productive and positive experience

We went to Mothercare Thurrock not knowing what we needed, Grace F came and talked to us and was amazing going through prams and travel systems putting us at ease helping us select what was best for us. She then was joined by Emily and they both took as around the store helping us pick the essentials that we would need in the first weeks both were so helpful and a credit to Mothercare.

I am regular customer of this brand. I am very happy with the product which I used for my baby. Till now I have used body lotion, shampoo, wipes, clothes and I am very happy with this brand.

Jules D at the mother care store at Merry Hill shopping centre served us today, and she was a pleasure to be served by! Very helpful, really cheerful and helped us sort a small problem we had. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

Today my husband and I received the best service you could wish for from Karen in Watford. What a kind, knowledgeable and patient lady! She spent her time thinking about how to help us with our car seat as our situation was a little unusual. We cannot thank her enough and won’t be buying a car seat from anyone else.

Fantastic Service from Katy at Mothercare U12 at Vastern Court- nothing was too much trouble and her customer service was outstanding

Bought a expensive fur coat for my daughter after she gave birth to her first child, after taking the present to hospital I realised the security tag was still on coat.

I had to take this all the way back to the store which was over 40 minutes each way, after taking this in to store and explaining to the cashier they were so rude and didn’t even apologise.

I understand mistakes happen, however this was ridiculous to not even apologise and be quite blunt about it.

This was an error on Mothercares part and no apology was even given!

Terrible customer service!!!

Visited the Warrington branch today and was really impressed with the staff and their knowledge.

We were particularly impressed with Bridgit (I do apologise of that is not the correct spelling), who gave us really useful advice regarding a pram. She gave us impartial advice and made useful recommendations. Today was more of a fact-finding mission and I’m sure we will be returning when closer the the due date.

It was my first visit to a baby shop…
It was my first visit to a baby shop and i was served by khadija who did my bra fitting and give me advise on nursery section, hanane helped me doing my hospital bag and she also introduced the new service of personalisation.
I have a great experience and will definitely come back to the brentcross store again.

I purchased a joie 0 - 4 years 360 spin car seat from Mother care Watford branch.
The sale assistant Husna was very helpful and knowledgable.
Husna showed me three options with the same or similar spec.
I chose the product I wanted and she then fitted in my car and explained every thing she was doing.
I would definitely recommend the product assistant and branch.

-The Reading MotherCare Store/Team has been extraordinarily helpful, from the moment me and my partner step into the store till the moment we left. The ladies whom assisted was patient, sufficient and very friendly. I am so grateful for their hard work, I walked out of the store more then satisfied.

Mothercare - Milton Keynes
My granddaughter, 9 months old mercilessly threw Piglet from her pushchair whilst we where shopping in the Milton Keynes store.
We only discovered that we had 'left a man behind' when we got home. Panic set in and tears started, it was 'emotional!!'. A quick recap of our route and last place visited was Mothercare so I telephoned them expecting a long wait to answer, but no. The phone was answered quickly and confirmation made that Piglet was indeed found in store and safe. Time 5.30pm store closing at 6pm and we where easily 30 minutes away. I arrived at the store at 5.59 and reunited with Piglet who didn't appear overly concerned! (Can you imagine having to tell Eeyore that Piglet was lost for ever!!!). So, thank-you to the all the staff at the MK store for their assistance.

Had a great customer experience in Mothercare at Woodgreen thanks to Michelle. She understood exactly what i needed and was very helpful.

The worst customer service exsperience I have ever had to deal with. Was bought a tutti bambini changing table and drawers for a baby shower present by a family member. Upon putting it together the screws we’re snapping, the wood in the draws had split down the side and the whole thing was just terribly made. When I complained to mother care and sent in pictures by email of the chest of drawers they arranged a courier to collect it. I was told to wait in all day 8am-8pm as they couldn’t give me a time slot of when the courier was going to be collecting it. Waited in all day no one showed up when I contacted them about this they said that they don’t understand as to why someone didn’t come to collect it and hey rearranged for a courier to collect it but couldn’t collect until just under two weeks later! So I had to just deal with it eventually it was collected on the Wednesday 28th August and received in to the warehouse by the following Monday. Why it took 3 working days to get back in to the warehouse I do not know. They issued a refund on the Monday and said it would take up to 14 working days. I didn’t receive no email to say an issue was going to be refunded so I will be reporting you to trading standards this is against the law. It’s now the Friday 13th August it has been 11 days and when I called them today to see were exactly my refund was or if it had even been processed they basically said yes and I have to wait till next Wednesday which would be 16days! To see if I get refunded if I don’t then I have to call back and get it manually refunded. I asked for an email to get sent to me so I have proof of a refund and they couldn’t do it. He then got back on the phone and said he will manually refund it and I should know receive it in 3/5 working days. More waiting! And again when challenged about getting a receipt for a refund he said I “Should” get it by email. Should? You mean I will or I won’t. The worst experience I have ever had to deal with no one knows what there doing. It’s actually not acceptable. I will be making a phone call to trading standards and reporting this because you have wasted my time in many occasions not provided me with legal receipts of refunds which is illegal!! Never again

Visited Mothercare Sprucefield store in Northern Ireland yesterday 11/09/19. Assistant Monica was fantastic!! I was looking at a twin buggy and was concerned about it fitting in my car she took the buggy out to my car to check. Back in store I explained that I couldn't afford to buy it today and she told me that I could take it home and pay later a special service they offer. What great customer care! Monica is such an asset to a great company Mothercare, Alexandra McDonnell-Hill

Bought a bed online for our new born baby which mothercare claimed it was suitable for newborns until the age of 6. When we read the instructions it said it is suitable upto the age of 4.
No wonder mothercare is getting so many bad reviews. They steal from infants. No care at all except for their pockets

Really impressed with Mothercare Orpington. Well informed staff who are patient and very helpful. Also found the online chat very helpful! My Tommie Tippee prep machine stopped working, spoke to Mothercare through chat and really impressed with how the gentleman handled the complaint online. He was calm, professional and funny and sorted it for me. Was really surprised with how many negative reviews they received if I’m honest, think it’s mainly due to Yodel. But I know while I’ve been shopping, now my little boy is 6 months and I’ve done my fair bit of shopping I know I would rather pay a premium and get the great after care service then buy anywhere else. Really pleased shopper here.

I was in mothercare Telford today wanting to purchase car seat for my one year old I approached a member of staff her name was sue very helpful made my shopping experience pleasant answering all my queries thankyou sue. My daughter loves the car seat it’s forward facing so no crying now making my journeys less stressful.
