I tried to update my address through…
I tried to update my address through the customer portal as instructed, but several pages were not working correctly and displayed errors. The automated email advised me to use the portal, while the portal itself was unusable. I have already completed the security questions once, but I was asked to start a new chat. I need to update my home address. My customer portal is not working correctly, so I cannot make the change online. .

I'm wanting to cancel my policy
I'm wanting to cancel my policy. I've already paid for the first month.
When I go online it will only let me cancel upto seven days ahead. I don't want it to end in seven days.
That's like buying a pint and only been allowed 3/4
I don't want to pay another month's premium.
I want it to be cancelled upto the date I've paid for.
The option is not online.
I was informed that if I don't cancel 10 days before the next payment is due it will not be cancelled.
I explained this to Megan the operator....
She didn't help me at all.
Can't you just cancel my policy to end at the end of the month? Cancel my direct debit.
How hard can that be.
I have had other interactions with the customer service team and they are 10 out of 10. Very helpful however she lets the team down
Just frustrating when you come across someone who doesn't what to help

Really poor service
I used the web chat to understand why when I try to cancel my policy it can’t be ‘found’. I spoke to a jamailegh who was not helpful at all and just said that I’m filling the information incorrectly, though I was able to speak to her and pass data protection. She never gave me any further advice and closed the chat. I’ve literally been trying to cancel my policy since last month and I am not getting anywhere. Really dissappointed.
