Car repair

I had my VAUXHALL repaired by Steer Dorchester Prestige. The repairs were completed on time, and my car was delivered to my home address in immaculate condition — it looked like brand new! The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the process. The reception area was welcoming and comfortable, and I appreciated the team’s prompt responses to my emails and calls. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing reliable and high-quality vehicle repairs.

Good Service and Responsive Communication

The vehicle was returned after a couple of weeks and the repair work was completed to a satisfactory standard. Although there was no direct contact number available initially, once I obtained the email address, the team responded very promptly and professionally.

Overall, my experience was good. The company did well in completing the work properly and keeping communication clear through email. The process was handled efficiently, and I was happy with the final result. The courtesy car provided was quite small, but apart from that, everything else was smooth and well managed.

Excellent service.

From the moment I dropped the car off to getting the car back with the aid of the lovely Geoffrey, the service Steer Prestige delivered was nothing but exemplary.

Callum kept me updated of the progress, chased parts that were delayed, and even accommodated my request for a last minute check that was not related to the fix but they gladly took a look at.

I was very lucky my insurance provider chose this garage. My vehicle is back now and looks even better than when I got it(Tesla panel gaps!), funny enough.

Best repear service I had

It was great experience with this company.
All damages was repeated very quick and in high quality. My company lables was even copied and replaced.
I can't find any difference in colour.
Just fabulous 👌 work.
Definitely highly recommend them.
And team is very friendly

Avoid at all costs!!
Was allocated to them for a non-fault accident. They they allocated me to Steer Farringdon. It took 2 months for them to repair minor damage to the bumper. When it was finally returned, there was further damage they had caused (a scrape and body displacement). They did not inform me of this and hoped I would not notice. They took the car back and repaired the scrape but didn't repair the displacement. They took it back for a 3rd time and repaired the deplacement but returned it with a brake warning light, excess milage used, vent damage and damage to the side of my door. They have refused to accept liability and also falsified the pre repair checklist. Luckily I took a photo of the report before they made any changes and will now be involving the motor and financial ombudsman. Absolutely shocking service. I was better off leting the at fault party repair. Please save yourself the trouble. Tina failed to investigate properly and simply took the garages word. I am still waiting to hear back on why records were edited after I signed them!
