Enjoyed the half day Beatrix Potter…
Enjoyed the half day Beatrix Potter Tour that went on a lake cruise, to Wray castle, Hill Top Farm and Tarn Hows Tim our driver and guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and felt very safe him driving some of those precarious paths!
Ran to time nice clean bus.
Would definitely book another tour!

Had a very knowledgeable and helpful driver/tour guide (Mark H), Took us around some fabulous places and gave plenty of insight and knowledge on the way. Letting someone else drive means you can focus on the views and not worry about where to go or where to park. Would recommend this whole-heartedly.

Did the Whitby and Yorkshire Moors trip from York. The driver (Bob) was very informative and entertaining. We had an interesting variety of stops and a good amount of time at Whitby itself. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic tour
Our trip with tour guide/driver Bob was exceptional from start to finish. We saw so many things that were related to the “all creatures great and small” TV series . Plenty of high interest stories from Bob along with his excellent driving made it a safe and enjoyable day. Highly recommend this tour.

excellent value
We booked the excellent value 48hr package which included a whole day 10 lake tour, this did not disappoint at all. Jane our guide was excellent.we definitely would not have seen everything we did on our own. It was a fantastic day and I would highly recommend it.

10 Lake Spectacular Tour
We did the 10 Lake Spectacular and had an amazing day with Mountain Goat Tours, the weather was very kind to us, the scenery was spectacular and our guide Jane was lovely. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history and Geology of the Lake District and was friendly and approachable. We would highly recommend taking a trip with them and we would definitely do it again.

Very full day but didn't feel rushed
Very full day but didn't feel rushed. John was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the trip very memorable. Got to see the Moors and Whitby and the added bonus of a a steam train ride. Would highly recommend!

Worth a Visit
Jean, the guide was very patient, she made sure that everyone was ok and I highly recommend this tour. Lake District is a magnificent place that is worth a visit.

A memorable experience for Beatrix fans
This was a fabulous afternoon. Everything was wonderful - the lake cruise was relaxing and picturesque; seeing Beatrix Potter's home and garden, so reminiscent of her stories; and the drive through spectacular scenery, much of which was owned by Potter. I really appreciated Gerry's informative commentary and learned a lot. Well worth the money.

Very well done
I did the "North Wales and Caernarfon Castle Tour" in January and it was very well done. North Wales is as beautiful as I imagined, even in winter! Conwy is lovely.
Despite being the only person showing up for the tour, it did proceed. The driver/guide was very nice and accommodating (so sorry I have forgotten her name).

A wonderful day
Mountain goat were really helpful in arranging a convenient pick up point. Our driver was excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable. Health issues make driving difficult now and it was so good to be able to enjoy the beauty of the area again. We had a wonderful day.

Our Mountain Goat Tour, All Creatures Great and Small from York
Our Mountain Goat Tour, led by Barry, was fun from beginning to end. We saw Grassington, which is where All Creatures Great and Small is filmed — and was literally being filmed the day we toured! We also saw "Helen's house" and the church at Hubberholme where James and Helen were married. The scenery was spectacular, and Barry shared his knowledge of the area's flora and fauna. Couldn't have been better!

Lake District in a day
If you want to see Lake District in a day then I think this is the best way to do it ! The most knowledgeable guide/driver will safely take you around and show you the most beautiful sights with minimum walking required. Really a good tour and value for money.
