Just can't fault the experience with MPB. The kit always arrives quickly, the condition is always as described, any problems their help centre is super responsive. I've had about 6 cameras off them now, traded a couple of times and never had a bad experience.

I was not aware of MPB until I searched for ways to sell my camera gear. The whole process from logging my items to getting the quote was fast and straightforward. Got quotes for two MINT condition Canon fit Sigma lenses, sent them off, and then they said that they can't buy my gear, RIDICULOUS !!!!

I was warned that most of the online camera vendors were known for their bait and switch tactics, but based off of reviews to the contrary I gave it a try. I got the original bids for a camera and 2 lenses and shipped them to the vendor. End result was an email stating that their bid was being reduced by $100, almost 20% of the original. I wish I could say I was surprised, and I wish I could say I wasn't warned but I was. Live, learn and stick to one-on-one sales.

This is my first larger purchase and trade with MPB. I'm hooked - the customer service agents(human) were awesome and even the Ai were mostly accurate. Their pricing on both the sell and trade pricing were fair - but it was nice to have customer service so quick to respond.

Great service when selling or buying the equipment. Got quote within minutes and process was super smooth after accepting the process.

The local guys tried to lowball me on some lenses. MPB offered me almost three times their offer so I sent my lenses to mpb and after they looked at my lenses they offered me $19 more and I took the offer and money was in my bank that day. I also prefer MPB to the other guys for buying.
