Car was dropped off at 8.30 and service completed within 2.30 hours received a call from Denis brilliant customer service collected car, staff polite and knowledgeable.

The staff were friendly and informative. I had mot and oil and filter change all done with no fuss and car as clean as I left it.

They are very honest, I would also like to point out that I had a service across the road in a garage (Halfords) and Halfords quoted me over £2000 worth or work needed on my car.

This was all rubbish; my MOT passes with only 1 or 2 advisories; Mario said there wasn't really anything wrong with my car. Thanks Mario

I would always go with Mr Clutch in Kingston and NOT to Halfords in Kingston

No way to get car repaired. Paid 2.4K+ for the gearbox repair, got nothing in return. Waiting for the "spare part from the official dealership", which left UK several years ago for longer than a month. Have lost a lot of money having the only option to use public transport to commute daily. Avoid at all cost.
It looks that it was cheaper to throw the car away than have it repaired here.
Reference was provided as requested.

After dropping off my car at 8.30am and promised that I would receive a phone call to advise that my car was ready, but I never did. I had to call to check when it was getting close to the closing time.
They also forgot to complete and stamp my service book. I had to go back to get this done.

Very disappointed after being a customer for almost 10 years. Instead of informing me that my brake discs and pads needed replacing and providing me with a quotation for the parts and labour, you simply failed my car's MOT. Good customer service would have been to explain the issue and offer a repair before the retest. Sadly, after nearly a decade of using Mr Clutch, I won't be returning. Thank you.

I’ve been using Mr Clutch for many years first at Croydon branch for the best part of 10 years and for the last 4 years Kingston and I’ve never had anything short of amazing service today my Suzuki Swift Sport (Felix - yes I name my cars 😂) was in for a full service all done within couple of hours I had just just about finished killing myself in the gym when I was called back i was advised on items that would need attention in the near future and had a great chat reminiscing about our cars of the past and some great advice on potential new cars I had been looking at so I can not recommend Kingston branch highly enough see you in Jan for the MOT and a few other bits 💪🏻💪🏻

AVOID at all costs. Cowboys, who charge you for work and don't complete the job!. They will take 0 responsibility and leave you out of pocket!!

So easy to book online, Enfield branch are always friendly, helpful, been coming here for a few years now, see you again next year

Woke up to a flat battery on a Saturday morning. Had to drive elderly parents home 100 miles away that day. Phone garage and got a new battery ordered and fitted all before lunch time. Great relief to our situation and great service at short notice. Highly recommend

If I could give minus star I would this company are crooks ! Last year I had full major service , oil filter change ect the first 2 months I discovered 4 things had not been done but charged for plus there were a list off advisories on mot ? I’ve just had mot done again and discovered the oil filter is old and rusty clearly not replaced last year ! Also the advisories were also found to be igmored as false ! This garage hoped as a customer I’d just pay for uneccessary work after screwing me over for work they didn’t even do . Their customer services ignore all emails
