The product itself is excellent but poor shipping service
The product itself is excellent — the quality and design are exactly what I was hoping for. I truly love their designs and would gladly order again based on the product alone.
Unfortunately, the delivery experience in Luxembourg was extremely disappointing. The shipping company they use does not deliver parcels directly to your home address. Instead, you are required to select a pick-up point — and there were no available locations in central Luxembourg. The closest option offered was a 15-minute drive from the city center, located in a small town, which is highly inconvenient.
While the product is great, the poor shipping experience makes me hesitant to order online again. I hope the company considers improving their delivery options for customers in Luxembourg.

Cheap Tat at Premium prices!
I purchased a pair of easies 12 months ago. I wore them a couple of times last Spring and maybe 5 or 6 times over this Winter. I was disappointed to find a hole appeared in the trousers given the limited wear. So I contacted Mr Marvis expecting a responsible and sensible response. They offered to contribute up to £15 towards a repair if I would send them a receipt. I declined their offer as I felt a replacement was the appropriate solution as materiel was most probably a bad batch and would only fail elsewhere. Mr Marvis refused so after 7 or 8 wears I have put the “easies” in the bin. Please be aware whilst you will be paying a premium price for this Companies products, you will not receive a premium product or premium support!!

Poor return policy
Exchange policy isn’t acceptable. Took three weeks from purchase to receiving new ones. They have now been delivered, and to be fair, they’re a great fit.

It can indeed take up to 10 business days until the exchange is handled from the moment the return parcel was dropped off at the post office. The reasons are the delivery time, as well as the unpacking and registration of the items in the parcel. For next time, if you would like to receive the new items faster, we would recommend to return the ones you have for a refund and order again separately on our website.

Extra costs involved which they don't tell you!!!!
Ordered lots of times from this company so placed a large order of shorts for delivery to Australia to my home. Received an email from FedEx the next day saying I had to pay customs clearance etc which Mr.Marvis never mentioned when ordering. Now have to pay over $300 extra. Received emails from them saying sorry and that was that. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, never ordering from them again.

The pockets do not lie flat making them look a little like well worn 'tricky bottoms'
The drawstring seems utterly pointless as once you've done the fly and the two buttons you can't actually get to the drawstring.

Really nice alternative men’s trousers…
Really nice alternative men’s trousers for 30 to 50 age group rather than jeans. Fit well and are comfortable. The tops are also nice quality. Returning items is no problem for a full no quibble refund via the Royal Mail. Good product, good service!

They need to get a tighter grip on…
They need to get a tighter grip on their sizing. When you are paying top $ and order a size that fits you perfectly and then order the same size (in a different colour) and it doesnt on more than one occasion is irritating. I do not want to go their Kings Road shop everytime I want to buy an item from them. Being handmade is not an excuse, their craftspeople need to learn how to use a tape measure!
