Great service

Great service! Rang up and spoke to someone as I couldn’t find what I needed online. The lady took my order and it arrived the next day! I couldn’t believe it. Thanks again I will be sure to give them a call next time!

What an absolute shambles of a company!

What an absolute shambles of a company!
I placed an order in October, and there was no mention that the items were out of stock, so I assumed it would be dispatched shortly afterward. It wasn’t. I emailed and was told it would be sent after 24/10. That date came and went with no update, so I emailed again and was given a new date: 14/11.

That date passed too. I emailed again and was told 24/11.
That date also passed, so I emailed yet again and was told 04/12.
Then it changed to 07/12.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Not a single one of these delays was communicated proactively—I only found out each time because *I* chased them.

I wouldn’t use this company again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. After seeing other reviews from people with similar experiences, I’d strongly advise buying elsewhere.

12 weeks and counting, still no delivery

Currently sat on hold, 14 minutes to this point and this is now my tenth (at least) time of contacting them without resolution, at 15 minutes I will get a prompt to leave a message and the line will go dead.
Part ordered in early September that was showing in stock, we're now three days away from December and still no goods, 12 weeks!!!!

I have never dealt with a more incompetent business, avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They will waste your time and money.
Ordered a spare parts for Dewalt impact driver on 2nd August. Expected delivery 12th of August . Today is 8th of November and I still have no delivery Emailed twice to seller no response. Rang them is waste of time, they promised a response. Didn’t get one. For refund, I had to take action through PayPal otherwise you will never get your money back from this seller.

I found the part I needed for my Mafel tool, I ordered it I had an automated response saying the part was a special order and that’s fine, A while later I had another email to say my part had been dispatched, all fired and now working. Great company great delivery and great communication, Thank you

Do not trust this company

Ordered a part for a Metabo sander and paid at point of order. Was told it would be 3-5 days delivery. After 2 weeks of nothing, I emailed them. Was told there was a delay would be another 3-5 days. Now over another week later still nothing and more worryingly, they’ve stopped answering emails. Avoid this company!

I’m not someone that usually leaves…

I’m not someone that usually leaves reviews, but after my recent experience I felt I had to. I have Metabo planer that was in need of some attention, I called miles tools and was put through to a man to help me. I explained the fault and he knew exactly what it was and what part was needed to repair the machine, his knowledge was unbelievable he even gave me a few tips on how to make replacing the part easier. He told me the part had to be ordered in and would ship once available, a little over 3 weeks later the part arrived I’ve fitted it and all is working. What I can’t believe is how helpful and knowledgeable they were. And a lot of time was spent with me all for a part that cost less than £20.00. Keep up the good work and will definitely be back again

Orders over £500 worth which has not…

Orders over £500 worth which has not been delivered after a week or more. Rang them three times and emailed them. Always 'on hold' or 'we will get back to you'. Communication is a bit hit and miss, but eventually we got there.
Item has arrived and all is well.
