Right now all multiplay servers in NL started having superbad connection. ONLY multiplay-servers.. Why? cant join others here, there are definetly some problems. Servers not playable :(

Useless service - completely wiped all my data twice with no warning - go elsewhere
Edit: I got a reply saying they created an invoice - wonderful. Problem is, with no email from them, and no ability to see it on either their clanforge site, or their multiplay site (someone remind me again why there are two places to manage things with this company) how am I supposed to actually pay them to keep up with their service?

First off - they deleted our account and *destroyed all the backups* earlier in the year without any notice whatsoever due to an error on their side. This wiped out a minecraft world we'd been living in for 2 years.
Now - after a paltry 90 day compensation period - they shut off the service with no warning. I received 3 emails in the *same minute* saying "No Payment recieved", "Final Notice", "Server shutdown". E.g. No warning, no chance to send a payment, no opportunity to keep things running. Boom, gone.
Stay far away from this company and their hosting. it is utter garbage.

Final Edit - Confirmed that my data has all been deleted with no warning and no chance of recovery once more.

Servers are fantastic
Servers are fantastic, All Mods are loaded Fine, Graphics are just unbelievable, only problem i have, that really bugging me at the moment is, i cant take my character to me other clustered Server, i have to make a new one up, im thinking it might be something i have done in the setting, but if i cant work it out, im sure customer help will.

I used multiplay years ago
I used multiplay years ago. Came back recently and the service is still the same. No complaints. Bought a server, they had no space, then they got it sorted in 20 minutes.
Useless support
Useless support , downtime on my TS3 server several days since it was utdated and also not updated to the 3.2 as i was told and when the updated to 3.3 it was unstable and crashed several times also they do not inform me on email about update or downtime anymore .

Shocking service
I have been a long-standing Multiplay customer for many years and as of recent, my team speak service all of sudden stopped. I then had to raise a ticket to find out why and was informed that my subscription had come to an end. I had no notification to advise me of this with no email as they normally do.
I asked why I had no emails to let me know and I was advised that the system had been bugged and that the emails had not gone out. So I decided to not proceed with the subscription any longer due to poor service.
All of a sudden 4 days later a payment is taken from my credit card without my request or authorisation. I am not in the process of dealing with some more shocking customer service where they don't seem to understand they are in the wrong and I having to argue to get a refund.
I very disappointed as I always use to rave on about their good services and quick responses when raising tickets and support. Now it seems to have all gone and they steal your money and don't want to give it back.

Slipping customer service standards
I had leased a teamspeak server for a couple of years and saw the customer experience slide into the dirt. Regular ddos attacks that the company seemed utterly unable to mitigate. Final straw was having our service suspended for non-payment when their automated reminder service failed due to a "glitch they fixed" but seemed unable or unwilling to communicate that to their paying customers.
I also experienced the " I received 3 emails at the exact same time informing me of "no payment received", "a final warning", "service shut down" all at the exact same time.
This was the final straw.
Why pay for a teamspeak server when discord offers what so far has been a superior experience for FREE?

Best customer support, and that really matters in this type of services. Never had issues with them and my inquires where about server setup for a niche game. They managed to help inside one day.

Their emails are impossible to read.
The emails are impossible to read with dark grey text on a dark grey background. I received 3 emails at the exact same time informing me of "no payment received", "a final warning", "service shut down" all at the exact same time.
