Super east to set up and when I had an issue with one of my Terraria servers customer service was quick even with the time zone difference and super helpful. Only reason I cancelled is because my friends quit the game.

I'd like to start off first by saying I had a great experience with this company in the past. The customer service was good and quick, and the server was cheap and ran nicely. However this time around, I wanted to set up exactly what I had earlier this year, which was a modded Minecraft server. There was an issue with permissions in the FTP client, so I could not upload any of my modpack files. It's going on 3 days with this ticket going, and I've had two stretches of time with more than 12 hours without a reply. I'm pretty fed up as I just want to get my server up.

Not bad for a starter server, but if you ever get more than a couple of friends joining, consider going elsewhere. They have absolutely zero DDoS protection. It's 2018, not 2008. We're at a point where DDoS is now being carried out by 13 year old kids with a $3 booter subscription and not just big criminal organisations. My server got hit with a DDoS ~250mbps (which is tiny) and it got knocked right offline in an instant. There are many providers where you can pick up a $10 VPS with at least 10gbps ddos protection nowadays, so Multiplay becomes fairly redundant. I asked support about this and they just tell me to contact the police...sigh. So you either have to please the attacker and let them control your server through fear of DDoS, or get hosting elsewhere. If one day Multiplay gets adequate protection, I would happily change my review, but right now it's honestly like going to a McDonald's without cheeseburgers...

Fast, 0 lag and cheap!

Support guy called Jack T is an absolute hero. fast and extreamily helpful, brilliant service.

Didn't work. Lots of excuses. Server crashed when you made any configuration changes. Not worth the time and trouble.

Great, good value server hosting company. Customer service is top notch and really go out of their way to sort things out for you. Never had an issue with any of their servers, and the one issue I had with their FTP was solved in a couple of hours.

Awesome support team. Always super fast, super friendly. I've been helped by Kristian "Magnus" Jackson several times, and every time the employee has been amazing at helping with my server needs. Even thou I don't always rent a server, any time I do I go to Multiplay purely for the service.

Never seen a support service as fast as the Miltiplay one!

Been with Multiplay now for over 6 months running two Ps4 clustered Ark servers. (Auzzie Bogans) Join us.

Critical feed back is;

-Server performance is excellent: I’ve been in a server from a major competitor for a similar period of time and Multiplay server reliability and in game performance is better.
-They have servers in Oceania: If you live in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Multiplay is the best option.
-Customer service is excellent!: I cant compare to anyone else as I have not used another service but with the 5 tickets I've raised (4 times was just to ask a question), after raising the ticket and doing something else for a while, upon checking my email, there was a response everytime!
The first ticket was raised for a server issue, they sorted the problem quickly and provided information on what the issue was and what they did to resolve it.
-Downside: where Ark is concerned for PS4, you need to learn how to modify the two ini config files to change settings, even for simple things like lockable containers. Its almost as if the ini files they have provided are from 2015. Thats not the hard part though, as modifying these files is simple enough, its getting a hold of the command strings is the difficult bit.
If your looking to start a ps4 server, jump into an auzzie bogans server and track down an admin, we can provide you with a file to upload.

Overall I highly recommend Multiplay as a first choice for hosting.

This service is definitely professional and do not have any interest in scamming and/or any form of cheating towards the customers. I have used this service for a year and I just renewed my server with 12 month.

Paid for service and wasn’t given login until 22 days later. Decided not to pay for another month because of that

Instant setup, Very easy to control via Clanforge, Excellent Customers Service which In my opinion is worth the cost in itself.
