Second time we have purchased base and headboard from here. Good service, helpful delivery team and good quality gear.

Make up your own mind...

Ordered a bed and it arrived as promised.

Couldn't get it put together for ten days. On the day it was being built my old bed was dismantled and thrown away.

During assembly of the bed, one of the fixings within the frame failed. This meant the bed couldn't be built. It was Saturday so nothing could be done until Monday. I slept on a mattress on the floor Sat/Sun night.

Spoke to 'MyBedFrames' on Monday and they said they'd send the replacement parts the following day.

After another night sleeping on the floor, the parts arrived at noon the next day. But only one of three items were delivered. Despite me receiving an email confirming all three parts would be sent, whoever read the request only sent one of the parts.

I rang 'MyBedFrames' again to explain that sleeping on the floor was exacerbating my health conditions and that I couldn't face another night of it.

The best I was promised was delivery of the missing parts the next day.

I asked where they were dispatched from? The warehouse was in Nottingham... just over an hour away. So my partner and I drove there to collect the missing parts.

Got home and put the bed together only to find cosmetic damage to the replacement headboard. I've managed to cover it so not too much of an issue.

Now the bed is up, it looks very nice. It was easy to assemble eventually.

I was refunded 10% of the cost of the bed which is better than nothing.

I'm not going to make any recommendations regarding this company... I'm just sharing my experience and it's up to you.

Hello Jeff, firstly please accept our apologies for your experience. This is certainly not the norm. I can see it was first found on Saturday and as you have detailed we could not respond until Monday and we dealt with this immediately as soon as the offices were open again.
I apologise as our supplier then let us down by sending the incorrect number of parts and causing you more inconvenience. This is really not how we want our customers to feel once shopping with us. There are no excuses and we are so sorry but pleased that you now have the bed assembled.

Do not even bother ordering your beds…

Do not even bother ordering your beds from here worst customer service not helpful at all!
Was expecting a delivery yesterday yet still not received my item contact my bed frames for them to tell me they are unable to do anything as the bed has left their warehouse. After seeing mixed reviews online about ordering from my bed frames I gave them the benefit of the doubt I trusted that I would receive my item with no complications clearly my bed frames has had customer complaints about their atrocious delivery service yet nothing has been done I strongly advice for them to look into a new courier service an stop messing their customers around!
I'm still in the process to resolve my issue with out the help of mybedframes.

Please accept our apologies; the courier let us down and did not deliver to you on Thursday. When this was brought to our attention on Friday we immediately acted on this with our suppliers and the courier service and I am pleased to see that they did deliver to you on Friday.

Not very good company from what I’ve…

Not very good company from what I’ve experienced so far. I was interested in one of the sofa beds. I called and explained that I have concern about sofa possibly not fitting through the door. I did say I had a sofa before that was technically larger in size barely squeezed through and I was looking for some sort of confirmation if they think this one would fit considering the width of the door. Or if it won’t fit if they will take it back? Well.. the lady on the phone didn’t know anything and she was going to find out and call me next day. No call.. so the following day I called again and she said she will call me back next day.. again nothing so I’ve called again the day after and a man answered and basically told me if the sofa won’t fit they won’t take it back cause it’s made to order?! So you are basically left with sofa outside your house? How is it made to order if you choose from specific size on the site?? It’s not custom made sizes. It’s a shame as I really liked it and would be great in my small bedroom but i’m not going to order it if there is even tiny chance it won’t fit! The feedback received to my comment also very poor. If it takes you more time to investigate and you promise customer a call back you call back to say hey it may take lil time.. you don’t. Promise to call next day twice and never do!! Really bad!

The service from this company has been… awful.

The service from this company has been terrible. We ordered a bed and after approx a week, 2 out of 3 packages arrived. We received a headboard and bottom section but no actual bed base. We were told that the third package would be delivered the next day. 10 days later and after a number of phone calls and promises of delivery, we still don’t have a complete bed frame. Apparently the first package was lost by the delivery company and a replacement has now also been lost, with the supplier unable to confirm when the problem will be rectified. So disappointing and incredibly frustrating with no end in sight! I’d advise the company to choose a different delivery company and for customers to purchase a bed elsewhere.

Good product and good service.

The delivery could have been as early as the day after we placed the order but we were having a carpet fitted so waited. The delivery was within the time range given and was efficient. The bed was really easy to assemble. 38 minutes. It is extremely comfortable.

Ordered a lovely bed that was great value for money! Had a bit of a hiccup when the bed was collected by a neighbour and Nadia in customer support was super helpful in chasing the bed down. Would be helpful in the future if the delivery service could call beforehand.

Nadia is a ⭐️

11/10 for absolutely FIRST CLASS customer service. Nadia answered my call on Thursday on the first ring and by Friday lunchtime I had received our gorgeous new bed which looks super stylish and is very comfortable.
Thankyou Nadia and well done MyBedFrames for choosing excellent staff and excellent products

Poor quality sofa

In the last week or so someone came out to have a look and inspect the sofa, and the report was terrible with lies, it said I didn't report the arm coming loose, which I did, I have emails of everything I have reported with pictures, and someone must of pulled it off, more lies, it said that I appear to work from home, so the sofa has had too much use, which I don't WFH all the time, I got this sofa in April, reported the issues in May, and someone finally came out in July, and deemed it fit for purpose, when it's only for for the bin, i can the feel springs under my backside, the arm fell off due to the screws being too small, now the back as come loose as well, I'm 14st7 so weight isn't an issue.

Be careful if you order, as I am now hundreds out of pocket, I am seriously considering taking this further.

I ordered a sofa back in April, after about 2 weeks I could feel the springs under the seat ( I'm only 14.7 stone ) now one of the arms is starting to fall off, they slot on to a metal bracket, I have tightened the screws back up, but they just come loose again, in my opinion I'm sad to say this sofa is not fit for purpose. I will be taking this further, I reached out to the company, who asked for pics, then said someone would come out, I haven't heard anything since, the sofa is about 3mths old. Don't like leaving negative reviews, but sadly this sofa is terrible quality, and doesn't reflect how it looks build wise in the pictures.

Louie was the most helpful man during…

Louie was the most helpful man during the process. Of having bedroom furniture delivered. He was professional and communicative. He texted and called me regularly to keep me updated and reassured about the deliveries. He was really understanding.
A brilliant job by him! I really appreciated it as I had been very ill and was not as confident about buying on line as I had been previously. Please thank him.

When there was a small problem relating…

When there was a small problem relating to the delivery date of my bed frame, the communication from the seller was exceptional. I was kept fully informed of the situation and with the minimum of inconvenience the item was delivered as arranged. However, it was a real shame that the poor service received from the lone delivery driver marred the experience. His manner was sourly to say the least and it was very clear he was not happy that he had to climb 12 steps to reach my front door. There was no hello or goodbye just a couple of grunts. what a shame.

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience.

Absolutely terrible service. Started by only delivering half a bed and then, despite being told exactly what hadn't been recieved, send mismatched parts one after the other. It ended up taking over a week and a half to receive all the pieces for the bed because they insisted on not sending the original missing box but instead parts in bits (and when they did, eventually, send the second box they didn't even send it for the right size bed), despite there being the reiteration that the bed was for a disabled person who desperately needed this sorted asap.

Kept promising next day deliveries on missing parts but that was never the case and as an 'apology' they refunded less than 10% of the total purchase and, after a complaint letter was sent, entirely stopped responding
