The bed arrived promptly and put in the upstairs bedroom. It was easy to put together and I am very pleased with it.

Bed exactly as shown and looks good in our spare room. Only problem was with inserting the screws. It took much longer as they were tricky to insert and screw in properly. Mattress very comfortable for an inexpensive one. Loads of room for storage boxes under the bed as well. All in all the bed has a unique look at a very reasonable price.

Fast and efficient service and good quality product delivered. The guys practically ran upstairs with three heavy bed part packs and saved my back!

I was sceptical that I would receive solid oak at the price, but it was beautiful high quality wood. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, in fact I was able to assemble the bed alone even though it said two people were needed. Assembly and instructions were a lot simpler than a well know supplier of Swedish furniture generally provide. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great product, excellent quality.

Ordered Sofa Bed Mattress. No choice of delivery date. Just emailed me a date / no time. I waited in all day .. no show. No phone call.
Next day I had to make contact - was offered refund - I wanted the mattress ! Was delivered today - mattress seems ok!

Me, my husband and our daughter moved in to our new home. Our daughter needed a new bed, double size and we start looking as we wanted, obviously, the best for her according to our savings. We go through many sites and we suddenly end up with MyBedFrames looking at the most adorable, beautiful and cosy bed made from oak. I admit,that we had our doubts, but OMG...the bed arrived and it was even better than the pictures!!! Driver was so kind helping me out with carrying parcels to our door, when me and my husband unpacked the bed we was thrilled! High quality, beautiful performance and easy to assemble. Even our daughter helped us enjoying the whole process together. Great experience, highly recommended ☺️☺️

Really quick delivery, great chair and a great price - I have seen this chair for £120 more.

Bed frame supposed to arrive today & assured by email that the delivery driver would contact me before delivery. Phoned MyBedFrames this afternoon only to be told the delivery driver attempted delivery this morning, but I was home & no one arrived at my door. MyBedFrames now struggling to get hold of delivery driver for images of an attempted delivery. Poor poor service & my grandson now on a mattress on the floor as no bed base to put the mattress on. I'll give them a couple of days then take this further.
