Since working with Tom, he has set us up with a folding and inserting machine (aka Eunice ☺️) for mail processing, a mailing and postage collection service, and a new printer. Everything is working brilliantly and we are very happy!

Rebecca was great and very helpful but being new the role of installing the equipment she struggled with a couple of aspects. This meant that she was not able to install the machine on the day and she had to come back for a second visit. To her credit, she did resolve / work out what needed to be done. The machine is working really well.

Rebecca was a star trying to get our system set up with the DD on the account sorted and fixed so we can download the funds. It took a little while but she got to the root of the issue and now all is good :)

The engineer installing my letter folding machine was Tom; he was a jovial and professional individual. He exhibited genuine interest in his field of work and was able to answer all of my questions and explain intricate parts of the machine. Overall, a lovely visit and would highly recommend!
