I asked them to cancel the order as it was taking too long so despite this they have still failed to give me my money back. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Very Poor Quality - Sweetheart Snuggles Hamper
I bought the Sweetheart Snuggles Hamper – Personalised for a New Baby Granddaughter.
So disappointed with the quality. The basket is cheap looking and the contents really poor quality for the price.
I’ve no choice but to keep due to personalisation. I didn’t get chance to take photos prior to passing gift to parents and the Company therefore didn’t offer anything to make things better.

We were especially surprised by your comments, as we've sold many of this particular hamper and have never received complaints about the quality of either the basket or the contents. In fact, it's been one of our most popular gifts.
You mentioned another company that you usually purchase from, and after reviewing their offerings, we noticed they actually use the same style of basket that we do. That said, we completely understand that preferences vary, and we're sorry that this didn’t meet your expectations.
Unfortunately, as the item was already gifted and no photos were taken beforehand, we weren’t given the opportunity to properly assess or rectify the issue. We’re genuinely sorry you felt let down, as it's never our intention for a customer to feel this way.

Missing Fathers Day Gift
Ordered a jumper on the 3rd June for my daughter to wear on Fathers Day (16th June). It is now the 18th yet still not here. I have emailed constantly but had one response on the 10h June to say it would be dispatched that week. The phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. Joke of a company. I would avoid and use Personalised Gift Shop instead. They are fantastic!

I received a gown for my niece as a gift it took around 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the font is soo small you can't read it and if you look it doesn't even say her name it says Arsehn. Can't believe no one even checked it before sending.

Wrong size, polyester instead of cotton
I waited long for my order to arrive. The size is wrong. It says it’s a newborn size but it will only fit 5 month old baby. It was meant to be cotton but it’s 35% cotton and the rest is polyester.
