Ordered a cashmere sweater which came shrunken in size and clearly not cashmere material. Tried to process return following the instructions to email them and would hear back within 24–48 hours and nothing. I’ve sent 4 emails. They have just taken your money, sent you crap, and refuse ro reply to your email for attempts for return.
I rdered from mypluswear.com, and my experience was disappointing.
The seller refused to issue a refund unless I first cancelled the PayPal dispute, which contradicts buyer protection policies. He pushed me with numerous messages again and again.
Eventually PayPal resolved the dispute in my favor, but this forced me to escalate.
Based on this experience and many similar reports, I cannot recommend this shop.
