35% Price increase plus shrinkflation
Hello,
I’m very disappointed with the disingenuous practice here.
You have increased the price by around 35% while at the same time reducing the product size from 5 kg to 4.5 kg — classic shrinkflation — and it feels like you expected customers not to notice.
I will proceed with your protein for now, as I’m currently running low on stock, but I will definitely be exploring other suppliers for my next order.

I was lied to by false marketing. Your e-mail clearly stated that deals made until 10 am on 14.05.2026 above 90 and 120 eur will receive gifts. I made an order that qualifies and I won't receive them. Your support didn't help at all.

I feel I was scammed
I feel I was scammed. I had to get two free gift items, but somehow they disappeared while I was placing the order. The banner showing the promotion was still active, showing that for an order over 140euro I'll receive 3 pairs of socks plus an RPM jumping rope.My order was for 180 euro, and I got nothing, even more, some other products that I haven't added to my cart, popped up... Bumping the price to 306Euro!
