Room for improvement

Smooth ordering process. Annoying when it comes to cancelling orders that have already been paid for: I once tried cancelling a few minutes after placing the order (accidentally placed 2 orders) one evening and by the time they replied, they said it’s already been processed and can no longer be cancelled. I had to refuse the parcel in order not to have to pay for returning transportation.
