So excited!
Beans for breakfast, cauliflower cheese and salad for lunch, falafel and roast veg for dinner: My Shreddies arrived last night.

HOWEVER! Having read a review saying they were very small-sized, I bought size Large. And they are VAST. The biggest knickers I've ever seen. Wearing today with some trepidation as they might be too baggy...

The returns policy is antediluvian: pay to return for refund. NO exchanges. NO postage paid. Hence lost stars.

Now to see if they work. Apparently not "fit and forget" - we must alter our stance - legs together snd sit up straight... another lost star...

They stop your farts smelling. They do this very well. The sizing is perfectly normal. My partner no longer lets me get into bed without wearing them. Highly recommend.

It really works! I wasn’t sure about this product so I ordered only one pair. I tested it and it’s probably the best thing I’ve ever purchased. I ordered 5 pairs more immediately!

Good idea but the small size is quite loose unfortunately. Not sure if it’s gonna work for me with them not fitting perfectly.. if your 28 waist I wouldn’t recommend them. My thighs are quite chunky as well but they are still loose around the legs.. if they still work I’ll change my review

I wear a thin Lycra underwear first, then shreddies on top of it. This way I don’t need to wash Shreddies every day and I wash it once a month. It has changed my life as I was so afraid of eating food that my weight dropped from 65kg to 50kg. I was stressed at work due to smelly farts and people dislike me. With shreddies, I have gained my confidence back and eating ask the food I need. My weight is back to 65kg now.

I don't understand the bad reviews here. I bought 3 pairs of underwear. They work like they're supposed to be. After reading the reviews, I decided to size up, and I am so glad I did, it runs really small.
What I am upset about is the atrociously expensive shipping fee. From uk to nl you have only one option, which is DHL express. So yes it's super fast, ordered monday, receive tuesday I was super impressed. But it's crazy expensive. More options should be offered.

Sizes wrong. Bad customer service. No refund for broken underwear after one wear. Waste of money

There are no replies to emails and only ever have an answering machine when I call the support number. Haven't shipped what I paid for 4 weeks ago.

It drives me mad!
Because it is a lie!
One day I left a shreddie in a cup of milk and when I got home from school it was soggy!

Ridiculous return policy for a small retailer. How are you supposed to determine if something is sized right without trying stuff on? And charging their customers for the return?

Management needs coaching from a VC/PE. Growth and customer satisfaction are priorities over profitability.

I bought their underwear. 11 pairs in total. The only thing they can't eliminate is the noise emitted by flatulence.
The materials they use doesn't allow gas to get out. It is that simple.
Life-saver.

Fart trapping underwear amazing ,keeps all the smells and sharts inside no escapee pungent smells recommend.

BEWARE if you need to try items on. Having ordered from Shreddies I was excited at the prospect of having a flatulence free house, the smells anyway. My partner is tall guy, having made him shower and put on his own clean underwear he tried them on. NO GOOD not long enough, his butt wasn't completely covered, sorry his butt crack. He doesn't have a large bottom by any means so we were extremely disappointed.
Even more at the fact I returned the 3 pairs I purchased only to receive said pair back with accusations they had been worn. They showed "signs of wear, hairs and marks" apparently, he had them on for less than 30 seconds, literally.
My message to you is before purchasing think about whether you want to be able to try these on! It is as I have experienced a very expensive lesson!

If you buy, purchase them multiple sizes above your normal size and don't expect good customer service. I am a 12-14 clothes size so purchased a L which they state is for 16-18 as I didn't want to find them tight in any way. Sadly they are incredibly tight, visibly cutting in to the sides of my hips. I do not think they are true to the sizes suggested as I'm not convinced even an XL designed for size 20-22 ladies would fit me given how tight the L is. I think part of the problem is the tight waistband which doesn't have much give.
I asked customer services to pay for my postage to return for an exchange as I didn't believe they were advertised correctly but they refused. And then didn't reply to my email showing the size compared to two different brands of briefs that I own.

Not true to the size, description doesn’t match the pants.m and when sent back I have been charged for post twice (when they posted to me and when o posted back)! Zero responsibility on their side for selling misrepresent products. Outrageous.

Absolutely horrified by poor customer service.
I can not review the product as my family member became seriously ill before being able to give them as a gift for Christmas. I purchased in September as I was attempting to be organised in time for Christmas, despite returning them before Christmas they would not accept the return.
I am truly appalled at the lack of customer service. The item was still for sale, in original packaging and obviously still brand new. It cost me money to post back which I will also not be refunded for.
