The Best You'll Find - One Stop Shop
Today, I had Snizhana help me. But it doesn't really matter who the live agent is - they are always friendly, helpful, and patient. I have been with Namecheap for a couple of years. The value for your money is unmatched with any of the other providers. But when you add in the support you receive both live chat and in the knowledge base, it's the best deal you'll find. I don't care how good the discount is; if the support after the sale is miserable, the discount isn't worth it to me. Namecheap checks all the boxes on product, price, value, and service. Highly recommended!

Trying to remove my domain from this…
Trying to remove my domain from this overpriced provider, and they are refusing to get me a transfer code. I have gone through all their hoops, and dealt with logging into the chat, getting codes and still not getting the transfer code.
Sent numerious emails to support and the emails provided for transfer. No reply and my window to transfer is closing.
