Dine in the manager is rude and the meals are always mixed up, usually have to remind staff to get drinks. Delivery food is always cool and soggy.

There should be NO star because the Deliveroo rider ate my ordered food worth almost £40 from Hounslow restaurant.
Nandos helpline and Deliveroo office absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. The track on the app was frozen which means the rider disabled it so when it pinged that food was delivered, there was no sign of him or the food that he claimed he left on the floor outside the flat! Disgusting behaviour of THEFT. How do they get away with this criminal behaviour! I have escalated it to Nandos headquarters so let’s see if I get a refund!!
Awful experience and poor excuses from reataurant
Called restaurant to ensure desired food was in stock having already driven 20 miles as other Nando’s were low on vegetarian supplies.
Upon ordering all was ok as we were advised that chicken 1/4 breasts were available. When 1/4 chickens arrived some were legs despite ordering breast. This is a policy the restaurant seem to have yet it’s not written anywhere. This is very poor value and something that wasn’t acceptable for children. If this had been known at ordering we would have walked away and gone elsewhere.
Portions were small. A truly awful experience. There are lots of other restaurants in the area that are more customer focused and better quality.
Bedford Interchange
Dear Nando’s Team,
I hope you’re doing well. As a loyal customer for decades, I’m deeply disappointed to learn that the new Nando’s at Bedford Interchange is not Halal. Bedford has a large Muslim community that was eagerly looking forward to a Halal Nando’s, especially since there is already a non-Halal branch in the town centre.
This decision has left many customers feeling overlooked, and I sincerely hope Nando’s reconsiders its policy to accommodate the diverse community in Bedford. A Halal option would not only be greatly appreciated but also ensure inclusivity for many loyal fans of your brand.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this and hope to see a positive change in the near future.

Very poor service i ordered from friars walk via app and put my address but the order never arrived. Attempted to call customer service and got no help at all . More should be done i should be able to get a refund if delivery was not done. This is not the first time i received burnt chicken the other time and never got any help or refund either.

You don’t get 4 thighs. You get four pieces of thigh meat. It’s ä huge ripoff.

Nando’s ealing my valentines - 2 staff members
On valentine indian lady with red shirt who’s name started with P and the short guy with blue shirt name started with A , if they allow the names were poonam and ash , these two need training on working under pressure and how to speak to customers when under pressure, wrong staff for this environment , maybe have to be the rudest customer service agents that I’ve come across in my life , we understood that their will be a small wait but when you start accusing customers of lying and not giving table thats sitting empty for approx 1 hour that we spent their is ridiculous, anyway that’s fine but the attitude , they both need extra training on meet and greet and working under pressure , both reply in same manner which makes customers that spend a lot money as myself , very uncomfortable , they should learn from Park Royal staff members about customer service and how to explain to a customer on waiting times and how to keep customers on a good vibe

As you can see in image the table stayed empty for 2 hours and also the blue short guy lied that the 2 booths next to till were for only a party of 10 when clearly their was only 8 seats, why? I don’t get it , customers like me spending 3-400 a month with Nando’s
Don't order online or on the app…
So if you order online or on the app (not via Deliveroo etc) and the order is late because the restaurant is busy and the driver delivers your food cold you can't complain to the restaurant! They cant do anything cos THEY used Deliveroo so you have to call A different number... Then, when you call that number, you are told you will only be refunded partially for your cold food the amount that their system calculates as late based on when the restaurant handed the driver the food and leaves the restaurant. No consideration if the restaurant handed the driver 4 late orders and you are the last on the journey. So from a £35 order, I was refunded £8. Shocking. Spoke to the Indian manager at the Indian call centre and they couldnt do anything, it was just crap, Never ordering Nando's again!

Was advised after ordering no chicken had to wait for them to get some so would be half an hour at least an hour later we got our grey stringy chicken warm chicken,it was scary and we had about 10 minutes to eat as it was bwar closing so not a great experience I am left with the dreadful thought of "where did they get the chicken from"

The service really needs improving! I got dumped at the table, nobody ever seen me again. So I had the food at the table looking at it as I had no cutleries, no glass for the drink. So I went to grab the cutlery and asked for a glass, I couldn’t get a glass until I confirmed the table number and the method of ordering. Not to mention, I can never find salt at the table. At my last bite somebody finally approached me and asked if everything was okay so I said no. I was offered a dessert as an apology which I declined.

I have been a Nando's restaurant for over 20 years and my experience visiting has always been great until today the 07/12/2024 when i visited one of the Victoria restaurant at cardinal walk, Cardinal Place Sw1E 5JE, where i met with a very rude and unprofessional lady called Julia, I suspect she could be a supervisor in the unit with the way she displayed her arrogance.
She treated me so bad, maybe because of my skin colour. she was raising her voice, embarrassing herself in a unit that is fully packed with customer during a rush hour.
Not to forget to mention that all other members of staff in the unit are amazing including the gentleman that attended to me on the till by the name Zewdie.
I came in to eat in but I was told I will have to wait for 25mins so I decide to go for a takeaway and will waiting she came to me and ask me to go and wait by the door, which I did. then she heard a customer who came after me asking how come they are been offered a sit and I am still waiting. while trying to say I am waiting for my takeaway other, she pounced again and said she will cancel the other if I am complaining.
The couple asking the question has to leave in annoyance because of her unprofessional behavior.
I will advice that Julia should be placed on customer service and inclusiveness refresher training.
