Dine in the manager is rude and the meals are always mixed up, usually have to remind staff to get drinks. Delivery food is always cool and soggy.

Went to Nando’s Eastbourne and told we (2 people) had to wait 10-15 mins to be seated, which wasn’t a problem until they completely forgot about us and seated 2 other groups of 2 before us, even though they showed up after us. Quite disappointing as we had to wait another 15 mins or so. Otherwise everything else was fine

i travelled all the way to Nandos westfield from quite far away and i had voucher (chillis) on my loyalty card that didnt work!! yet it said i had half chicken available on my loyalty card... rude staff!!! waste of time , terrible experience.. i wrote to customer service head office who seem to have only AI robot's replying !!! shocking!!!! avoid!!! Nandos is just all about profits before people , and dont care about customers just the ££££... and the head office customer complaints team they talk back at you instead of resolving issues!!!!

@NandosUK you guys need to sort out your branch in Manchester wilmslow road really poor service took 45mins to bring food and we didnt eat the food and only partial refund from manager. She did nt wish to refund the drinks we had while we waited 45 mins poor customer service.

My order took an over 2 hours order was placed at 6:44 and arrived at 20:03 which is the WORST customer service I’ve ever really had . Not reliable and resulted as a bit of a breakdown The location is 10 - 15 minutes away at most also tasted worse than usual will not order again Nando’s do better

What do you or anybody understand by: I’d like the chicken NOT to be spicy AT ALL, because it’s for the kids, please?
Well I placed my order for chicken tenders, chips and corn cobs for the kids and I specifically made the above request twice. First when I asked for it NOT to be spicy AT ALL to which I was told lemon and herbs or bbq sauce are not spicy, being the first the option I chose. Then after paying for the order I asked the server to reinforce the request to the cook. I even asked for the chips to come with NO peri-peri salt because the kids don’t like spicy food.
The order came and I chopped 3 tenders out of 4 off, one for each kid and plated them up. All the kids had a bite of the tender and spat it off. I tried to make them eat but they would spit it off and urge for water. I then tried one bite and realised then indeed it was a bit spicy. As I was on my own with 3 little rascals while trying to eat my own food, I let them eat their chips and corns and left to complain about the chicken tenders at the end. Please note the chopped chicken tenders were left on the side of their plate and they did not touch it anymore, being the fourth piece left untouched in the same plate it came. I then went back to the counter and explained the same server that the chicken was spicy despite my request and I’d like a refund. He came and collected the kids plates with the chopped tenders left behind and the fourth whole piece and took back. A laid who identified herself as the manager came then to me and said that spicy is something subjective and the lemon and herb is still a bit spicy as it’s tangy and I should have ordered the bbq one.
To which I responded:
- “Well I specifically asked for not spicy AT ALL and I was told both sauces were not spicy, if was told only the bbq option would tick this box I would have ordered it instead but I could guess. I will remember for next time, could you please proceed with my refund?”
And the lady said: - “I will not give you a refund because you ate most of it and also you should have asked for the bbq sauce!”
Then I couldn’t cop but to speak a bit loud: - “What? The kids had a bite each and spit it off in the plate. I also had a bite to try it after all the kids spat it off. You can put the chopped pieces in the plates together and check them, it’s all there but chopped in pieces. Plus I could not guess only the bbq would be 100% spice free when I clearly asked for NOT spicy AT ALL”. Then the lady said: “I need you to leave or I’ll call the police.” And I responded: “you can call the police, I’m not doing anything wrong, I just want a refund for something I paid and did not receive.”
And she said: “You’re being aggressive!”
To which I responded: “I’m not being aggressive, I’m annoyed because you’re saying lies and won’t refund my money!”
And she said: “yes, but you’re speaking loud and everyone one is listening.”
To which I responded: “Good! So they can hear what is happening here!”. And she said, trying to intimidating me: “I will call the police”.
And I responded: “Please call it, I’m an Australian citizen and I know my rights. I paid for something you did not deliver and I just want my money back. It’s not even for the money itself, it’s for the principal”.
So one of the kids asked to go to the toilet. I went and told them I was going to the toilet but I would come back to wait for the cops because this is not right. So I went and when I came back I waited for the cops in front of the establishment. I could have just left and contacted your customer service afterwards. But I stayed so the lady could see I had nothing to fear as I did nothing wrong in asking for refund for something I paid and did not receive. While waiting for the cops I then decided to call the customer services. I was still on the line with customer services and when the cops arrived. They went in to speak to the staff first and when they came to me they told me the they said I approached the customers and they asked me to leave, which is a COMPLETE LIE and the surveillance camera can show I did not approached any costumer. The cops said they understand me but they would not ask for the footage as this type of matter is not their job, if I was still inside the store when they asked me to leave then it would be their job as I would be trespassing. I explained everything that happened to the cops and asked if they had any more questions, to which they said no and I left.
So after all this I just would like to learn what does your policy say in cases where the customer pays for something and is delivered other than that? As for me, do not worry, Nandos will never see my money again. Very disappointing!
N Finchley branch repeatedly underperforms
We went to the branch in N Finchley. It is not a good branch - this is the third time we have had substandard food there. Go to Borehamwood branch - so much better! This one had food sitting in the pass getting cold. My food had cold sweetcorn - the butter did not begin to melt on it & the chips a bit better. So I sent the corn back & it never was replaced. Matre'D refunded a measly £4. She had offered a whole free meal but only right now or takeaway. NO use at all. We were going to the theatre so didn't bother / have the time to pursue it further, but will avoid this location in future.

I placed an order with Nando’s in Northampton I paid £41 for what can only be described as scraps, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manage very rude basically said it’s not his problem and to contact Deliveroo ? I paid Nando’s for the food not Deliveroo Nando’s refused to replace the food or give a refund.
I was disgusted with the food and service in all. I raised a complaint on their website and guess what not a word from Nando’s head office.
I can honestly say in this current climate when money is tight how can a big company like Nando’s think that this is the way to treat customers.

So poor
So poor! Kids have been keen to go for ages. Eventually today we gave in. We visited the restaurant in Chichester West Sussex, it was chaos, kids and people everywhere. The chap who showed us too our table was local but spoke so low and quick it was impossible to understand. Once in there were people everywhere. We managed to work out we needed to order via the website. Ordered some drinks whilst we choose, 15 minutes later, no drinks and we were getting increasingly frustrated with trying to find the food of the menu. We managed eventually to get a member of staff to help but he then said the reason we could not find anything we wanted to order was that they did not have it! We cancelled the drinks and left. Will not be back

After placing a order for collection and arriving at the time requested, there was 2 orders made under the same name genuine orders for 2 different people. understandably there was some confusion around the orders and getting it right.
I had to wait in the restaurant for a hour for the order to be made which was a real problem due to working in a mental health hospital and was due to be back at work this left the ward 2 staff members short with staff and patients at risk. Drew manager did apologise and explained that the restaurant was under staffed and under real pressure which I understood but still didn't help with the dilemma I was having with having to return back to the hospital. AFTER ALL THAT THE ORDER STILL WASNT RIGHT AND THERE WAS ITEMS MISSING FROM THE ORDER SO HANGRY STAFF. Drew said that he would compensate by sending a voucher over to compensate for the inconvenience but still waiting to receive as things are all done digitally now. thanks for offering but need to follow through on promises

Boneless platter for 2 definitely isn't worth 27.75. Chicken was overcooked and dry. I had my gift card but didn't know how much is on it, was told that they can't check that for me.
I said I had one in past and it wasn't a problem then.

(Bethnal Green) Ordered a take away half chicken regular chips and cold slaw (18 minutes wait time). The chicken was soaked in oil and grease, very small,cold and slimy. Likewise the regular chips were also very small and cold. The coleslaw was probably the best item. I don't think it was good value at £15. I'm glad I didn't sit down to eat there as the whole
venue had quite an unkempt feel to it.

I go to Nandos’s Botany with my wife for dinner at 5.30pm today. We eat at Nandos’s at least once a week. We go to order our meal and ordered what we regularly. This is what we order Full chicken meal well done , hot with extra basting on the chicken,3 side 2 fries peri peri , broccoli. I am alway willing to pay for more basting to come in a bowl and paella hot . That’s to be honest once a week. We love the extra basting so the chicken is not dry. If you don’t add the basting it’s coming to you table dry. However we were told they don’t add extra basting and no longer allow customers to buy the extra basting as a side. I asked for Ramane who know us very well , but unfortunately he was off . This was so ridiculous we left and went to Manukau. We had no problem with the food at Manukau but utterly disappointed that at 6pm they were not allowing customers to dine in. The mall closes at 9pm at that’s 3 hrs to closing. We got what we wanted and left . We either dine in Manukau or Botnay for several year. My number is 0211586647

2items missing and half chicken missing too. We received £10 worth of food from £30+ order.either they are incompetent or criminally dishonest. I think the latter. I wouldn't trust them with delivery orders. You won't receive the food or a full refund.
