The food is revolutionary for my dog! Such a fussy boy! He loves this wet food! x
I had to buy it again (from pets at home (more expensive)) however, as it atrived an entire 7 days later than it stated it would, the delivery company (unfortunately (DHL)) was incredibly unhelpful despite my reaching out multiple times :/ x
Wouldve been 5 stars if not for abysmal delivery issues x

First Class Customer Service!
I had a problem with the delivery (DHL's fault), but Ben at Nature's Menu customer service was brilliant. The problem was resolved straight away, even though it was at the weekend. Always get great service and excellent frozen dog food from Natures Menu, would highly recommend.

Excellent choice
It’s taken 6 fussy years to find a food my cockapoo will eat. We have tried practically every premium food on the market. She was finally eating one wet food pouch of a very well known premium brand daily. We decided to give raw freeze dried a go (lamb flavour ) and she ate it straight away. After picking ourselves up off the floor , she then decided to eat it twice daily ,something she has never done in 6yrs ! We are so pleased we have finally found a premium food for her which she obviously throughly enjoys. The bonus it’s a healthy ,raw ,freeze dried dry feed , so it’s easier and does not spoil if it’s stays longer in the bowl. Unlike wet feed or raw meat.
We are absolutely delighted,yes it’s expensive but so worth it seeing her eating well ,twice daily and no waste .
Please don’t ever change the recipe,we may have struck gold.

My rescue German Shepherd…
My rescue German Shepherd is nearly 13 years old and must have had a really bad time before he came to me, a little over two years ago. He was as thin as a rake and could barely stand. He was also savage. It took a long time, and getting bitten twice, hard enough to draw blood, before I gained his confidence. He's now very affectionate and has put on a bit of weight. I've nevere tried raw food before but he loves it. My pension struggles with feeding a hundredweight of German Shepherd but I will continue to buy as much as I can afford. And top him up with Wagg!

Great food, my dog eats their raw and my cats have been on their wet food for years. Great for sensitive tummies.
We’ve had some trouble with the feeding amount since transitioning on to raw, just normal teething problems, Talya was really helpful today which adjusting the amounts we receive on our subscription, very quick and easy to do

Met the ladies at the all about dogs show...my dog is usually fed raw, so it was nice to find an alternative food to put in my pockets on a walk! And to be able to take some in the paracetamol, And best bit is my dog absolutely loves it...

Dog seems to like the food
Dog seems to like the food. The cubes are a nice size, reasonably priced and amount seems correct for dog.
Another note DHL delivery service is awful. This is the second time I’ve had the package left on my doorstep with no knock on the door. Have also had parcel left with neighbours without my knowlegledge.
This has meant that the food has defrosted and become one lump. Really hard to defrost or store in my freezer l.
Not enough ice to keep them frozen or clearly been in the van for a while.
