We had an exceptional customer service. Haseena at Manchester White City store been helping us all the way and we could not be happier. She showed us around without hesitation, answered to all our questions, and proofed having an extensive knowledge on every peace of furniture at this beautiful store. As the first time ever at Natuzzi, we instantly felt in good hands of Haseena. We learned a great deal how comfortable, and quality the sofas were. I was introduced to Nat at White City by a friend and I could not have received better assistance with my purchase. Nat could not have been more patient and her excellent product knowledge really helped me through the buying process. At no time did I feel ‘sold too’ and I really enjoyed the whole purchase. Having placed my order I am looking forward to receiving my new sofas in time for Christmas.

Amazing experience purchasing a sofa here, I’ve been to look at the same sofa multiple times and never been pressured to buy it.

Today I went in again to measure it and Mo at the Leeds store came over to offer advice and was so friendly and helpful making calls to get the sofa length perfect so I could have the sofa I had fallen in love with!

The whole experience was delightful and everything explained with no pressure, will definitely be recommending to my friends and family and a special thanks again to Mo!

I recently visited Natuzzi and purchased a beautiful set of Italian furniture. I was extremely pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the level of service we received.

Mr Ednan, was incredibly helpful, friendly , patient and professional throughout our visit. Mr Grant, the Manager, was equally welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They were both very knowledgeable, attentive and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

They also offered us a very good discount, which was greatly appreciated and made our purchase even more satisfying.
