I paid for parking at Gatwick airport, but the satnav directions took me through the chargeable (£10) drop off area by mistake. I complained to the airport, who referred me to NCP. NCP were responsive and helpful, and refunded my £10 (much to my surprise!).
I was pleased with their service

Booked airport parking at Birmingham. Hassle free process. On this occasion I needed to cancel my booking due to a flight cancelation. Easy process again, emailed the team. Refund and cancellation sorted within 8 hours without having to speak to a person. Very impressive.

It was such a relief to deal with a genuinely helpful organisation. John and his colleagues, Rham and Mia, went above and beyond to help sort out an issue we had after accidentally entering a drop-off zone and getting multiple charges. Thankfully, we were able to prove it was an honest mistake, and instead of making things difficult (which, to be honest, we expected), they couldn’t have been more accommodating. A huge thanks for the assistance—it’s appreciated more than you know!

I had experienced difficulty downloading the ncp app in order to pay my parking charge. Lu was very helpful when i phoned ncp customer service in order to pay. I explained that i was only in the car park for 20 mins while i repeatedly tried to download the app and then left the car park. Lu apologised for my bad experience and waived the small charge. Very grateful for her help.

Made a slight mistake when parking, through a genuine error and made contact via web chat on Sunday afternoon thinking I would get an out of hours reply!!!
NCP for back to me within 5 minutes and sorted the problem. This made what could of been a stressful wait or even a ticket alot less stressful. Gives back faith is parking companies.
