This company is a scam
I bought a item and it was never delivered to me. It take months before the support team contacted you and when they do they don’t help you. I place my order on Sept 9th and i still did not get my order or my money back.
Never buy from this company ever.

this website fake, I placed an order on 02/10/2023, and its exactly a month now and they have not sent me my order. They're not responding to emails I sent.

I ordered a bag, received a confirmation email but the item has not been dispatched (I have not received a a shipment confirmation) it's been over a week now. I have written to them three times to receive an update on the shipment. They are ignoring my emails. I feel extremely stupid for ordering an item using Neith-store.

I never received my order so I contacted them and was told they cancelled my order as the product wasn’t in stock. I was told I would receive a refund back in December. I didn’t receive a refund and they have been ignoring my messages since. It’s now June and still £180 refund not returned. Can’t even believe this is a legitimate company

Fake items being sold, notice that all good reviews are mostly from Asian people & saying basically the same thing? The good reviews are fake.

They have fake stock, then don’t reply to emails, I’m still waiting for my refund from my order I placed in January.

Neith took a month to even ship my product, would not give me a refund, and gave me a product that was falling apart, cheap, and completely useless. It did not match the picture at all. I could get a better quality lingerie set from Walmart.
The good reviews on here are fake. Simple as that, all the good reviews are likely from bots or neith.

I ordered this and spoke to a rep to make sure my order came in correctly because I have big boobs and a small butt, so they were supposed to ship a medium top and a small bottom because that is what they told me they can do. I get it and it is not the correct color at all, when I noticed that I decided to look at the size and it was completely wrong too, so I Immediately took a video and pictures and contacted them and to top it off my other order did not ship in with it, but you can guarantee when it arrived it was also completely wrong. I filled out all the forms they asked sent in a bunch of photos and video and they did nothing to help, so don’t order this product because it won’t be the right color or right size and when you do everything they ask they won’t do anything to fix their mistake. They explained oh the color looks off because the lighting of photo that’s why the actual product is a different color. I accepted that and just asked for the right size and they literally were like okay and did nothing.They literally just ignore all issues with the product and emails regarding issues. I went and did a customer review and they hid it which is why all their reviews are good because they are fake. Just BAD BUSINESS!!!! Spend your money elsewhere if you want a good quality product because they don’t have any.

purchased 3 sets, instantly received an email advising of delays because the items come from china not america as they lead you to believe, received items eventually and the quality was awful, emailed and requested a refund and request was approved, returned items at my own expense and since then have been ignored, email adress now bounces back when i try to get in touch.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a dress a month ago a week after that I received tracking information from the United States Postal Service stating my order had shipped at that time I went to track my order and it said a label has been created no further information which is been ongoing for three weeks I have tried to reach out to the company they have a slow response in answering when they do answer they have stated that I should wait patiently they’ve also saw given me some type of bogus tracking information through Los Angeles that is half legible. I’m not sure if I’ll ever receive this stress to write a proper real review on it I’m very upset and disgusted with the communication or lack of communication and the ridiculous answers I get to my several emails I feel as though I’ll never received this item I’m not sure where this item is coming from but it says the label was created in United States Postal Service I called United States Postal Service they have nothing there other than they see a label no further information. Please do not order from this company.

I wish I read the real reviews about this place before ordering. All the positive reviews they have are fake. I ordered two lingerie sets in December. One of them arrived in a few weeks, the other didn’t arrive until March. Both are TERRIBLE quality. Not worth the $60 dollars I spent. Trim pieces look like they were sewn on without ever being measured, and stick out haphazardly. One set was supposed to come with sheer hosiery with a red band at the top. The “hosiery” they sent me was literally a band of cheap, costume material with rough edges that you’re supposed to wear around your thigh, rather than stockings. Shreds of fabric coming off. All of it fits and looks terrible. I’ve contacted the company SO many times, trying to return the items. I keep getting automated responses once a month saying my return information is being processed. Their phone is always busy. I’ve tried posting reviews and photos on their website, and they won’t post them since they’re negative. Please save yourself the money and hassle!!!

Was sent faulty and poor quality items. Customer service replied on monthly intervals and expected to pay for return shipping out of pocket for faulty items they sent. Overall unsatisfactory quality product and service

Cheap quality! All products are cheap copies of lingerie that you can buy on Ali Express. Never again.

This is a scam. Scan the photos into ally express and you can get the same item exact same photo and for a lot less.

I Ordered two sets, they turned up seperatly. When the first once turned up i wasnt sure which one it was meant to be. I filled out a return form within the 30 days, guess who never responded. So i eventually took the claim to paypal they tried the whole its not in the claim time so this wont work. After a bit of back and forth they said to send the items back saying i needed to send them back items to get a refund. Paid another $27 on shipping, once they got the items they cancelled the case i had open. In total im out around $90 out. These are have been hard times, and i wanted to order a little something special but it isnt worth it.

All the good reviews are fake and the people writing them review all the sister sites ninefit, ninth avenue, headrush which is the directors other fake sites. Open dispute with PayPal or claim with your bank immediately.

Absolute awful experience. I purchased two lingerie pieces from this company. I spoke with a representative to ensure they would fit in size. The packages were supposed to be delivered with faster shipping within a week. It took almost a month to receive. Then I got them and the pieces were horribly cheap quality. The gems were fake and one cut my leg. The sizes did not fit me, even though I gave my representative my sizes. The material was very cheap and rough. So displeased with this order. The day I received the items, I emailed the company to return them. Filled out the Google Form they request in order to process a return. Their website states that returns are hassle-free, quick and easy- which it is anything but. I had to email multiple times, chatted on the website and so many times I received no response. I received these items mid-February. It's now March, 19th and I'm still fighting to get these items returned. Their customer service representative, Aubrey, finally did get back to me, but takes a while to answer, even if I respond immediately to her emails at 3 am my time. She has been polite, but clearly does not care that the customer is dissatisfied and just wants our money. The website does not state that the customer must pay for the return. It hasn't been quick or easy, so I asked if the company would pay for it because of how much struggle I have been going through waiting for the package and waiting to return it, and the fact that I was unhappy with the items. She won't go to a higher up to get it approved and it's ridiculous that it is taking this long. It's not like I'm missing out on $10 either. I spent $63 on these items both the quality and the customer service are awful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Update: PayPal actually just refunded me due to my experience.
