Don't waist your money , i order on January 27th , i did not receive the order , so i keep sending messages but nothing.
The worst site i ever buy will be the last for sure.

I ordered October 2020. I never received the item. I reached out many times and kept getting the run around. BEWARE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Awful, absolutely awful. There is no room for your breasts like no cup. It's about the same as wrapping a piece of lace around your body and calling it good. Pieces are missing, fabric is sewn incorrectly and tears in garters. Definitely feels like Halloween material. They give you the runaround when trying to return and shipping took forever. Like wish shipping. Finally had to go to PayPal for a refund and they want me to return and pay shipping! So angry.

I purchased two lingerie sets in December 2020 and received one set in the mail in February 2021. Terrible quality. I am still waiting on the second lingerie set, and have emailed their “team” multiple times (I’m talking 9-10 emails sent to them) and have received no information on the whereabouts of the second lingerie set. I have asked for a refund for the second purchase assuming that it hasn’t even been sent considering I haven’t received any information about it. I have still not received any information or reply regarding this issue. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. I am not pleased with the service or quality of the items. EXTREMELY disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible quality. Elastic bands and scrap pieces of lace. Horrible customer service. Tried to return the items and received one email, never to hear from the company again. Customer service phone number is busy all the time and have never been able to get through. SCAM!

first of all the garder set i got with my lingerie set feels like actual halloween contrite material.. second there were fuzzies flying everywhere when i opened the bag. for something that is originally $80 (on sale for $42.99) should be high quality no fuzzies no miss strains of fabric! when i asked for return and told them my issue they told me that it must have “slipped past” theyre quality measures HAHAHA no they order this sh!t from one of those bulk chinese websites and ship it to your house... not to mention i got an XL and it literally looks like a medium. customer service is TERRIBLE as well... i got the form to return and it says you have to have your order in exsact packaging down to the plastic bag it comes in.. after i told her i didn’t have the PLASTIC BAG she told me i needed it for “verification purposes” but that’s what my receipt is for LOL i asked why i needed the plastic bag because that’s seems ridiculous this was 2 days ago and she just hasn’t answered me at all.. these people are a bunch of scammers DO NOT waste your money!!!

I guarantee all of those positive reviews are fake. I ordered in December, it took over a month to come in. Quality was trash. XL on the size chart they say should fit up to a DD, the cup was maybe an A. They are a total scam. When I emailed to resolve issue they said they would send me the proper size and there was an “issue in the system when I ordered”. Even though the piece I received had the XL size tag on the item. Total bs company. They never got back to me about getting me a new item or a refund. Don’t waste your money

SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Neith took 3 months to deliver my items to me, they then ignored my emails and messages on their website because I needed a return, and any time they have replied to a negative comment here they say to email support but they never actually reply to your email! They are actual scammers and the fact I even got my awful quality product is a miracle in itself, not that I can wear it or return my items and get over $150 that I spent back.

Their dresses are really so good. I bought some for my wife. She liked them very much. The prices are also reasonable. I will do all my shopping for my family from them in the future. Thanks to Neithfashion for making us happy.

I placed an order a month ago and have yet to receive the item! I have requested updates to currently requesting a refund and NOT ONCE had anyone from NEITH even has had the common sense to contact me!! I get a generated email. As a business owner myself this is horrible on every level. I have reported to my bank fraud on this purchase!! Customer service goes a long way unfortunately NEITH lacks this

I ordered something over a month ago with the expectation of it being delivered 23 days ago (per their quote when I ordered). I asked to just cancel the order, but never heard word back. I received a “shipping update”, when I click on the tracking number, it says ups is still waiting for the package. Terrible customer service and follow through!

If I could give zero stars I would..I ordered January 13th and did not receive my items until today(February 24th). Cheaply made, looks nothing like the pictures..Do NOT waste your money!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Horrible customer service, I ordered on the 1st of February. They sent me an email that it shipped two days after but I still have not received my purchase. I've reached out via email 3 times with no help. Also tried to use the "live chat" on their site they said they would help me but never got back to me. I can't even track the package. I want a refund the delayed shipping is not worth it. I rather go somewhere else.

My order took a full month to arrive, and they sent me the wrong size with a broken clip. When I tried contacting customer service, on three different occasions, I was ignored every time. A complete waist of money and time. Very frustrating overall.

Exclusive ladies dresses ! I ordered some gorgeous dress for my wife from here to gift her on our anniversary. They packed it so sweetly. Seeing those dresses my wife loved them. she said it's also comfortable to wear with perfect in size. Also cloths quality is great. I am so happy to hear that. Thank you so much. Hopefully buy again soon.

Personally would not recommend. I ordered 3 items, 2 in extra small and 1 in a small. I only received 2/3 items and one I received the wrong size, a XL, and it was broken in one area.
I filled out the return form and am still waiting to hear back. Now it is past their 30 day return policy. It appears they only have one customer service professional.

If you order, expect wrong sizes, not being sent accurate shipping information, and and little to no communication.

Please PLEASE do not listen to these fake reviews. I thought I had done my due diligence by looking up reviews and apparently they’re all fake. My order took over a month to arrive with minimal responses to my emails. I had to open a dispute with PayPal. I looked into if anyone else was having trouble through social media (Twitter and FB) and THAT’S when I realized everything I read before wasn’t real. Just terrible terrible customer service and the product that arrived was poor quality. Save yourself the headache

Terrible website
Colour didn't match in what I ordered.
I had to send multiple emails with weeks in between responses and differing answers each time. No idea between their team what was going on. After I finally received my order which took over a month I then got another email stating they would look in to where my order was which had been a response from a previous email sent 2 weeks ago.
On top of that the tracking number never worked either. I feel lucky I even received my goods to be fair. Please don't buy off this site.
