Do not buy from this company, shipping takes way to long. Currently going on over a month. Shipping from China so I'm sure going to take even longer. I attempted to cancel order and they denied me a refund saying they do not do refunds or cancellations after it has been shipped. Highly do not recommend.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! My daughter received her lingerie set and it was all broken. She lodged a refund claim, sent photos and still no response. Have emailed them again & were told that we had to fill in another claim form and send photos again! Which we did.
3 months later and still no response. Never had such pathetic service from an online store

It took me 3 months to receive my package.

I requested for a refund as the colour of the item did not fit the description. The make and fabric of the item was cheap. It has been over 3 weeks since I filled in their refund form and have not heard back. I emailed their rep 'Aubrey' to follow-up and have not heard back for over a week. Still waiting for a response for my refund.

Update: It has been over a month since I've requested for a refund. They continue to send me the same form and sending the same responses.
Do not buy. This company is such as scam.

It took a month for me to receive my purchase! Just holding up and looking at the panties, they broke, lol! Very sad!!! The whole ensemble was VERY small and VERY cheaply made!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

It took about a month for me to get my products (fur slides) which btw, are cheap slides that they pasted camel fur on top. It is super wide and I cannot wear them!! totally NOT WORTH $40

I asked for a return slip and I haven't gotten any sort of confirmation or update on my return process. The telephone line is always busy and it is hard to get in contact with customer service.

If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would!! I requested a refund going on almost three months ago and have been in spotty contact with their rep Aubrey. They will not email me back, or call me, and I have multiple documented attempts reaching back out to them to get my refund. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!
Update: 2/25/21: still no refund, and I’ve gotten one email response in two months!!! This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

I ordered ($106) three items on January 26th, it is not February 10th, i have not even received a notice that my items have been shipped! i am four days away from disputing the transaction. customer service is TRASH, they are quick to let you know you didnt finish your check out, but cannot let you know where your items are. Website says priority shipping but it is obviously a lie, i ordered things for valentines days , in more than enough time to receive my items. and looks like my valentines gift isnt arriving . sad sad life , sad website, do not use

SCAMMMMM DO NOT BUY!!!! I ordered 2 packages and did not receive either and no one at customer service has contacted me or given me a refund! It was over $100

I ordered 2 set of lingerie in two different order and it took a month to receive one of them. I couldn't track my package cause it said "not found" until i wrote an email about my two orders. I received a tracking number for one of them and received it two weeks later. When i receive the first one, the quality was super cheap and it was nothing like what i ordered, it had like a diamond that wasn't in the picture and the material is so so thin and cheap I was scared to break it. I immediately filled the return form and haven't received any confirmation a week later. I have no news of my second order that i will probably have to return too. I feel like they took my money and i will never be able to return anything and get a refund... I should have read the reviews here before ordering

Listen to the bad reviews. Products do not arrive in the time frame advertised. I ordered two sets over a month ago—one arrived about two weeks ago, the other is still not here. The set I have received is cheap, cheap quality. The straps are weak elastic and will likely overstretch after being washed once. Might as well save yourself money if you’re after cheaply made things and buy through AliExpress, seems to be who their supplier is anyway.
Don’t bother trying to get a refund or return the item either, they don’t respond to emails: I emailed them asking to return the set for a refund and to cancel the other one, which at the time had not been sent, as I was not happy with the quality. I got an email back two days later, asking for photos to verify the product. It has now been 8 days and I have received no further correspondence or attempt to rectify the issue. I don’t normally leave bad reviews as I believe in trying to resolve things privately but this company is a joke.

Placed an order early in the year have still not received it. I have emailed Neith numerous times in regard to this and only got one email back weeks ago saying the would look into it and get back to me. At this point I don't even care about the product I just want my money back. Horrible company to work with!!!

**BUYER BE WARE!** Worst company ever and the worst customer service. They lie and don't respond to any emails or in the live chat. Don't buy anything from this place unless you want to fall victim to fraud and scams.

These reviews are all fake. Their Instagram account gets taken down a ton due to it being a scam. Their lingerie is TERRIBLE quality and it looks nothing like the pictures. They blocked me on Instagram when I asked for my money back. They do not have 1-3 day shipping like they advertise. It’s coming from China. I’ve emailed multiple times to get my money back and it’s been a month that they are “reviewing” my return paperwork (I had to submit a form for them to allow me to send the lingerie back). SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered 270$ worth of stuff. The quality is sooo cheap, really not as advertised. I filled out the form to return, but no one will answer me, it's been 4 emails and still no answer. Absolute scam

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I did research, thought it was real but all these 5 star reviews are fake! It comes from China & they send you a fake tracking number and all. So basically it’s a scam! And most of the time ALL the sites on Facebook are scams, so just don’t give into them! Don’t loose 80$ on two things like I did! I don’t care enough to get my $ back, but I am sending their karma their way! :)

Please take a look at all of these reviews and ask yourself if they seem like they are written by actual people. They sound extremely fake. I got my order today after waiting over a month and the quality is laughably bad. The straps on the bra and thong are all measured wrong and stick out weirdly and the fabric is just such bad quality, it’s like a child’s Halloween costume kind of fabric. I’m guessing they delete bad reviews on their site. I used their chat feature to bring this issue to their attention and they haven’t answered even though it’s been 15 minutes. Maybe their chat feature doesn’t work on weekends but if that’s the case they should indicate that. Please don’t order from this place.

The product is just fine, I received it and It looks like what I order. The 2 stars are because of the delayed. I ordered on december 15h, took the 10 days shipping to my house and it took 1 month and a half to receive. I received my package in two times, more than a week between both. The 2 stars is also because the customer service is not incredible, because they don't seem to be able to say anything other than '' i'm sorry for the delay'' and refund is not in their vocabulary. So, if you are patient and don't mind waiting 1-2 months for your package, go on, but when it's a christimas gift (like mine was), it is frustrating to not be able to get a refund and buy the product elsewhere. But like I said, quality is fine for the price.

I ordered a set on the 19th of January and it says it was a 2-3 days shipping. I wanted to use the kit for a photoshoot I had yesterday ( 2th of February ). Well last week I wrote them a message saying I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refound because my order wasn't even shipped yet and all I had as a response was a pre-wrote message offering me 10% my next purchase!!! I'm soooooo disappointed. Even today ( 3th of February) it's still not shipped!!!

Placed my order on Dec 7. Told it would arrive in time for Christmas (still have my screen shots). I provided all the details, and pictures to Aubrey via email. Also reached out to Daphne on the website, and through Facebook. I order two pieces- the first one broke as I was trying it on, the second I haven’t even received yet!
Nobody is replying back to me, this was an $80 purchase. I just want my money back

Terrible customer service. Sent an email to cancel my order and a week later they replied back saying they just shipped it and couldn't cancel my order. I did a return request through their website on January 15th, the day after I received my order, and I'm still waiting for return information from them. Now I'm going through PayPal resolution center to get this resolved.
