So far not having a great experience. I ordered some lingerie from this company on Jan 12, 2021. As of today Jan 24, 2021 my order has still not been shipped. I received an email from them saying there are delays due to covid, which I understand BUT I have emailed them back twice with no response in 5 days. I don't think answering customer service emails would be effected from covid, I'm sure you can do that safely at home. So right now their customer service is crap, I have no idea if I'm going to get my order by valentine's day which I thought I ordered well in advance. Here is hoping I get my order at all!

I have browsed their store online. The designs are fashionable and very stylish. Highly recommended.

Don’t trust the 5 star reviews they are literally all fake. I am super embarrassed to have fallen for this scam of a website. I ordered over two weeks ago with promised priority shipping and my item hadn’t even shipped yet. They attain their high reviews by offering customers a $10 rebate for leaving a review after they have purchased when they leave a good review right away. What. A. Scam. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I ordered from this company on black Friday 2020 and bought a little less than $60 in clothes. They claim to be in LA, but their clothes came straight from China. They didn't tell me this and after 3 weeks of nothing, no updates or anything, I tried to cancel my order for 2 weeks and they wouldn't let me. They claimed my order shipped when there wasn't an update on their tracker. Then in the first or second week of 2021, I received the items. They were thin material, sewing looked sketch and had an odd smell. I left them in the package and wanted a return. Neith has to approve your returns through a google form which it took 2-5 days for my return to be approved. They are sticking me with the return shipping back to CHINA which is over $100. Save yourself and pass

I ordered at the end of November, and I very quickly received a memo saying my order would be delayed. I asked how long it would take and they said they do not guarantee shipping times, despite the fast shipping promises on their website.

My order showed up nearly two months after I ordered. The quality was fine. Nothing special. While I was waiting, I submitted a review complaining about what was happening. Aubrey from Neith responded and told me they’d be happy to send me a refund while I waited for my order.

I sent in the request for the refund as I was asked to, and I was told varying things to delay my request. I was told that my order had already shipped and they wouldn’t refund it; I was told that my request had been submitted to management and I just needed to wait; I was told if I deleted my review they would send the refund. I did delete the review, after taking a screenshot so I still had proof of their promise.

After being jerked around for weeks, I was told that my refund had been processed and I would see it in 24-48 hours. I suspected that this was a lie because refunds usually have a longer turn around time.

Unsurprisingly, I never received the refund. When I emailed Aubrey to let her know, she never responded.

Clearly Neith is using a vulnerable time to take advantage of people. Do not trust the good reviews - they must be paid reviews.

A scam. A total SCAM. Do not buy from this website. They dropship and their clothing is extremely low quality -- like stuff you could buy off Aliexpress or Shein for $5. $5 quality but they will upsell the clothing for $40. I bought two sets of clothing from here and asked to cancel the order a few hours later. The online representative said they were unable to cancel my order as the order had already been shipped; total lie so they wouldn't have to give me a refund. I was supposed to get a confirmation text saying when my package would ship and I didn't get a text, yet they said it had already been shipped.

Other questionable things: the reviews are fake, they took their social media down, they don't have an email address you can contact, calling the phone number listed on their site won't go through, if you ask for a refund the online representative will stop responding. DO NOT BUY because YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK

I reported them with the FTC and BBB, and am currently raising a dispute with my bank. What kind of so-called "reputable" site won't let you cancel your order?

This place is literally a scam, don’t waste your time and money. It says shipping will take 6 days, then you will purchase and you will get an email from the 'boss babe' saying it will take longer and these emails will keep on coming. I ordered 2 items and they were both shipped separately both with INVALID shipping codes. I emailed asking where my packages were and got a reply saying they would 'check' obviously heard nothing back. I've sent multiple emails and facebook messages wanting a refund as this is ridiculous and gotten no reply. It's been over a month (before Christmas) and no packages to be seen.

Please read the bad reviews and stay away.

This sucks so bad that trustpilot can no longer BE TRUSTED. All of these positive reviews are fake from unverified purchasers. Ordering from this 'company' has been a complete waste of time and money. Please don't bother yourself trying to order anything from this company. I've contacted them on three separate occasions asking about the status of my order that was promised to be shipped over three weeks ago, and yet - NOTHING has happened, no status update, no shipment details, NO TRACKING. The chatbot 'Daphne' will just pump you full of positive information that is total garbage to get you off the chat in order to avoid you calling your CC company and filing them as fraudulent (as I will be tomorrow.) SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND SANITY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not buy from Neith Fashion. They write hundreds of fake, glowing reviews to quash all of the negative ones. They feign transparency by replying to all of the 1-star reviews, but take months to actually help or send an order. I don’t even know if my order will ever arrive. I researched the carrier that Neith Fashion uses: Yun Express. Look this carrier up on Trustpilot as well - they are scammers too. In summation, Neith Fashion takes your money without actually shipping their product. They use a scam of a carrier so that you can “track” your order - my order has not moved locations for an entire month.

PLEASE read 1 star reviews before purchasing anything from their website. This is SCAM. Their items are terrible quality and they have lots of fake reviews everywhere. I ordered my items (Order # 6696) early December, received it a month later (was supposed to be 2-3 day shipping). The items shipped from China, not CA. I, like many others, tried to cancel my purchase, but was told that it was already shipped and if I want to return it to contact them when I receive the items. The day I got my purchase I emailed customer service to request a return because the items were very low quality. I was told that they could not return it. I contacted PayPal and asked for a refund. After many emails back and forth Neithfashion sent me a return address in Germany. If they are based in LA, why am I sending items to Germany?? And why was everything shipped from China?? Save your money, DO NOT shop here.

Edited: I hope this helps someone else. After a very long battle between these scammers, PayPal, and I a refund was issued by PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal is the one eating up the cost and the scammers will get to keep their money. If they refuse to issue a return I suggest you open a dispute with your credit card company or PayPal (they gave me a very difficult time, likely due to the customer rep who was unexperienced).
