I’ve written to customer service several times and no one has helped me and doesn’t even answer. I’m missing items that I ordered over over a month ago that were forecasted to come before Christmas and I still haven’t received even one. In reply I received a tracking number and link that says not found. I sent screen shots of this and lo and behold- no answer.
Nothing has been done. I have still yet to receive any of the items. On the original tracking (there are 2) - 1 says, In destination airport for 2 weeks now and it’s not even the destination airport. The shipping time said 3 days. The only answer I’ve received is that you can’t cancel an order that’s been shipped. So, no items at all and no solution- Not happy at all. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau and writing reviews everywhere. Awful company. It’s not even an LA company, it’s Chinese

The time frame of 3 days shipping was one month! And only two items out of 6 arrived. They came all the way from CHINA!!! And they are Chinese sizes! THis is not an LA based company. They are a Chinese company fronting with an LA Instagram and website that has stolen pics from legit lingerie shops! They look cheap and are like costumes that are waaay too small! They are now refusing to give me a return authorization and are trying to give me a bigger size! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! DO NOT LIE TO PEOPLE!

I love my purchase, this lingerie makes me look like a goddess, it is a beautiful product, a comfortable design, made with high quality material, bright colors, soon I will make a new purchase all your products are very beautiful, thank you for your kind attention , my purchase arrived super fast.

I ordered one outfit from Neith Fashion back on December 8th and still have not received my order. I would of ordered from somewhere else If I had known their 2-3 day shipping actually means over a month!

I am not fan of the Fashion store but i recomend to all womens specially the supermodels

I love the fittings of all the items I ordered from them! However, one thing I've realized is that online the colours of the dresses look better than how they come in actual. For free shipping and affordable products they offer, not bad at all.

So, I'm not the biggest fan of lingerie, but my husband is. Got this as a gift to him.

I have a pretty shape, but I don't look at all like the models on this website. HOWEVER I look wonderful in it.

The bra makes you breasts look wonderful.

I think all of these reviews are fake bot accounts because I shopped here and both orders, ALL 3 ITEMS were poor quality or didn't fit.

Items with rhinestones were sticky, lingerie didn't fit right with non-adjustable straps, and actual clothing was so small. The items took a long time to arrive, albeit holiday shipping can be crazy but still took the longest to show up out of anything I have purchased.

The customer service experience is also horrible, a lot of back and forth and you need to follow up. Returning things is a hassle, they ask for photos and make you fill out ANOTHER form after an extensive back and forth. Now I wait AGAIN, just to start returns which most likely will cost me too. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS SUCH A HASSLE and the clothes aren't even worth the prices. YOU DO NOT WANT THESE CLOTHES.

Neithfashion is a very good site and i have found high quality products with affordable price and this is my favourite site.

I do not recommend this website. I ordered two items on December 10, after reading about their fast shipping, expecting to have it by Christmas or at least the new year because I understand COVID can cause some delays. My order did not even ship until December 23 & December 26, different days for each item. It’s now been about 5 weeks since ordering and 3 weeks since shipping and I still have not received my items. I am thoroughly disappointed. I would not have ordered had I known it would take this long to receive my items, and I understand covid can cause delays but this is getting ridiculous.

I placed an order with Neith Fashion on 12/21/2020 for two items, thinking that the vendor was based in Los Angeles, CA. The website guaranteed two-day shipping. Within minutes of placing my order, I received an email riddled with typos indicating that my order would be "delayed." On 12/27/2020, I received a tracking number from a Chinese fulfillment/drop shipper. I reached out to cancel the order and request a refund but did not hear back from the vendor until I posted a negative comment on an Instagram post. The vendor proceeded to verbally harass me and refused to issue a refund unless I filled out a sketchy Google form process to "request a refund." Eventually, on 1/3/2021, the vendor responded to my emails but rather than provide a return label/refund, they continued to dodge the request. I imagine they are doing so in order to take up time so that their refund policy is no longer in effect (return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value within 30 days of receipt). I received one of the two items on 1/11/2021 and the product's shipping label indicated that it was sent from 'Hou Wenzheng' at 1200 Worldwide Blvd., Hebron, KY 41048. When I googled this name and address, I found several other complaints and business websites ('Golf Wang' , 'Wild Fang', 'Neith Fashion') with angry buyers expressing similar concerns over dropshipping, misleading business practices, and brushing scams. Avoid at all costs. I am still waiting on my return label and refund for these cheap products.

Great site, easy to use, you can choose from a wide variety of brands and prices, I recommend it without hesitation.

I loved the item but I received a wrong size. after speaking to customer service, they sorted everything quickly and efficiently and I have a new one being shipped soon. I am very satisfied with the service and thank you for the discount coupon.

I ordered the red set on 12/25 and needed it by new years paid 2 day priority shipping and have yet to receive anything.. I have tried to contact customer service but keep getting the runaround☹😰😭 helpppp!!!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They advertise fast shipping, 2-3 business days. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t even gotten an “it’s been shipped” it’s still only confirmed. I reached out multiple ways to cancel my order and they actually stopped replying to me through their website and didn’t even answer my email. Don’t advertise if you can’t meet what you put out. I needed it by February which was perfect because of their “fast shipping” but that’s a scam. Order #10752 and all I want is my money back.

Haven’t received the order. Reached out to the company multiple times and they can’t give me a tracking number nor info on the order. It’s been “processed” is all they give me. But does it take almost a month to process an order when the website claims a certain day for deliver? Really disappointed since I was extremely excited for the lingerie that was needed.

Ordered one item from their site. It took approximately 3 weeks to ship. I reached out to them for a time estimate and never heard back. Another issue arose with the shipping process which resulted in the item being brought back to the local USPS however it was not communicated with me. I reached out to Neith again and by the time they responded, the package was shipped back to Neith as return to sender. I am now on day 5 of awaiting a response again. Their customer service is hideous. As for the issue with the USPS, that could be my fault however the lack of communication is what has now caused my package to be shipped back to China.

EDIT: They have shipped a replacement. When the item arrives, I will update my review.

EDIT 2: I reached out to customer support for an updated tracking number. They have still only provided the old tracking number that shows the packages as being returned to their warehouses. It has now been 2 weeks since they said they would ship a new one and refund and I have no reason to believe they will follow through on either of those topics.
