Patrick Phu and Stephanie Fedelewere great to deal with in purchasing our investment property! Their communication throughout the whole campaign was outstanding ensuring all our questions were answered prior to the auction day. The whole process ran so smoothly, and they worked together in tandem to ensure all our needs were met and that we felt confident in our decision.

INCOMPETENT PROPERTY MANAGER, DO NOT RENT OUT YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH THIS AGENT.

Absolutely no regards for the property, over the period from December 2021 to July 2024, they have only conducted 1 single "routine" rental inspection. Extremely poor communication where it takes multiple emails and phone calls to get a hold of the property manager. For the repair and maintenance requests, I did not receive any invoice or completion photos on the monthly statements which made it very easy to lose traceability.

Absolutely zero organisation skills on basic administrative tasks. One particular instance where the plumber was called out in August 2023 for repair works and the invoice was not paid until July 2024! When the property manager was questioned they had zero idea, no completion photos can be given as back up when requested multiple times.

Be aware that you will have to manage your property manager, you won't get any "service" from this agency.

Got a call from the head of department asking if this review can be removed, pretty pathetic that they rather see a review removed than seek improvement. Shows how much they really care about their "service."

I worked with Yvette and Shona for a recent property, both were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I would suggest them to anyone looking for places in Melbourne.
