We recently sold our property in South Yarra with Charlie at Nelson Alexander, and would not hesitate to recommend that others work with him. He was proactive, responsive and a strong communicator. In a more difficult market he and his team were diligent and knowledgeable, we always felt the team were treating our sale with the highest priority.

Charlie and his team coordinated with a range of service providers to ensure necessary repairs and touch ups were done to our property in time for sale. This included organising a painter, gardener, stylist and handyman. Charlie organised property access and all. We just had to review and approve quotes. This was a massive time saver.

As a renter I’m at the whim of owners, etc. However, for the 8 years I was in my rental through Nelson Alexander, my experience of them - Paula Coles in particular – has been great. Responsive, collaborative, representative on behalf of me as renter in any transactions with the owner. My new place is not through Nelson Alexander, and already I'm seeing a stark difference (not for the better) in professionalism, transparency, capability and responsiveness.

I had the most exceptional service recently in the long and laborious process that is first home buying. We had the expert assistance of Belle McEwan-Marion and Andrew Melilli on the final home we actually purchased, and both have been accommodating, helpful, calming and informative regarding the process (it was auction). Belle had seen us at other opens for other properties, and went out of her way to contact us when one came up in a dream location, and made herself available to answer all our many questions, text messages, morale and support. It was because Belle was able to tell us about the property proactively that made the rest of the purchase path so much easier. HIghly recommend.

Bought an off market property with Henry Rutherford. It was well under his usual median sale value but his effort and assistance in helping settle, have site visits with myself and the subcontractors I wanted to bring through, made moving in so easy. This was above and beyond given the deal had gone through and his time and effort could have been on focusing on bigger picture items.

My comments are related to David Mogford and Not with the company Nelson Alexander. I feel very lucky that I chose David to sell our property. As a real estate consultant, his services are above and beyond. He has always time to speak to me. Many of the times I contacted him after hours, like late in the evening or very early in the morning. After handing over the key, I found David takes care of the house better than me. He looks after the house like his own.
