I placed my order on tuesday 8th July as I needed the sign for a feature I was making that weekend. I only ordered it from this company as it said free next day delivery. It is now friday 11th July. Still not received my order so I rang and chased them, to be told that it's actually 5 days production and then next day from there. Really not happy as nowhere did it say 5 day production,therwise I would have sourced it elsewhere.

We placed our order and within a few days, our sign arrived! We’ve already tried it out for a full installation, and it’s actually quite impressive. We chose the templates because they perfectly matched our needs. The price was great, and the build quality is excellent. The customer service is also top-notch, especially compared to most other online companies. And the delivery updates have been excellent too!

The whole process was so simple! I’d been to a few other companies for quotes and honestly they were extremely expensive and not nearly as easy to design your own sign. Came in great time and looks amazing in my studio!

All staff have the same great customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently with no quibble. We love our neon bar sign and would highly recommend!

I feel as though I need to make people aware of this.. In the beginning when I first begun the proofing stages, the lass I dealt with at the start with was brilliant.. she couldn’t help enough so no complaints there.. once the sign goes into production the delivery scales are complete nonsense. We had three days worth of delays on the product leaving the manufacturer, even though the sign was apparently finished. The sign was almost a week late and if I’m being completely honest, upon opening the sign, the workmanship is poor, poor joints on letters leaving gaps, external wiring left badly done between letters, I am really disappointed given the how eager/excited I was to receive this product for our new office opening.. (which they missed the deadline for)

Personally, I would avoid using them, as companies who operate outside of the UK have better quality and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but will deliver the product sooner and to a higher standard..

After reading the other reviews, I can only assume this sign is going to be faulty in due course but I will sort this myself as by the sounds of it. It will be easier.

What a shame, as we like to back UK businesses, but this just shows the poor quality control and laziness of the production team to fine eye detail which makes all the difference.

Stop rushing and take your time and produce a quality product. I could’ve dealt with the delay had the product been to an acceptable standard.

I bought a custom light a couple of years ago which is still looking great, but I needed to purchase a dimmer for it. It looked like it was lost in transit, so they sent another one out on 48 hour shipping with no issues at all. They both arrived within 24 hours of each other, so after checking that the first one I opened worked well (which it did), I sent the other one back. Very happy with the product and service!

love my sign and looks really good quality. need to be careful when putting it up though, no much room for error with the perspex holes.
