I transferred over my domain from Squarespace under the impression that there would be free email forwarding (even without paying for a professional email account). This is a standard service at many registrars including Google Domains, Squarespace, Namecheap, etc. Instead, Network Solutions allows free forwarding ONLY IF you purchase their Professional Email package. That makes no sense. I decided to transfer my domain again away from Network Solutions but now they tell me it's locked with them for 60 days so I'm SOL unless I pay.
Representatives were very helpful, quick and informative. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me understand what I was seeing without an issues. Also, representative was very knowledgeable and helped with other website issues as I was trying update our online email addresses.
They provided a service with no issues and cancelled with no issues. The business closed and the ai representative took care of everything. No issues.

I am extremely disappointed with Domain.com's domain purchase process. Your website showed the domain as available, and to avoid any misunderstanding I contacted your live chat representative, Melvin, who added it to my cart. At no point was I informed that the domain was already owned by a third party or that my payment was only a request to acquire it. I even asked the customer service before paying, with no reply.
Only after my payment was processed was I told that it was a premium domain and that the owner might take up to 30 days to respond. This critical information should be disclosed before payment, not afterwards.
I relied on both your website and your customer support, and as a result my funds are now tied up, my business plans have been delayed, and my confidence in Domain.com's credibility and transparency has been seriously undermined. Trust is built through honest and transparent communication before a customer commits to a purchase. I strongly urge Domain.com to review and improve its domain search, checkout process, and customer service to ensure customers receive accurate information before making payment.

NS Charged me for 3 domains that I didn't ask for. It was just their marketing garbage that "auto-enabled".
This should be illegal. I'm watching my account to see if the refunds come in.

It was quick and easy to get past the AI to talk to a real person who was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew exactly how to solve my issue and immediately sent me an email with the info I needed to give to WIX so that they could fix my email issue. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Network Solutions Tech Support. I highly recommend Network Solutions. I have been using them as long as I can remember.

Network Solutions cancellation policy is predatory. They effectively stole $300 from me. I canceled my account after 1 year of a 2 year renewal and they kept the money. They call it "policy". I call it white collar crime. I didn't even choose Network Solutions. The company I originally trusted to manage my website was bought out twice. If a black man steals $300 he's put in jail. If Network Solutions CEO steals it he gets to apply it to his green fees.
I needed help finding one of my domains. I started with AI but it could not answer my questions and kept sending me in a question loop until it stopped responding. I called directly and was helped by a live person and in a few minutes found what I ws looking for and resolved my problem.

Transferring out a domain is really difficult. You have to wait 5 days for the domain to be transferred out.

Good was locked out; ugh! We are a law firm new to Nsol, so features emails set up been a little rocky; i asked for someone to call us for 1 hour to set up:
1. short cut to home page
2. NO log outs after 20 minutes; leave up!
3. shortcut should have ONE page for all emails
4. need help setting up sign page and for importing all emails from windows live and outlook.
5. they keep calling to UPDATE our site which we will in sept oct BUT first help get up operating and login and features THEN worry ask about site update!
service is faster less bugs than powweb ....

You would think the PAID service of My Time support would get things done in a timely manner, but NO! A simple 4 line of code to update PHP.ini setting that I was not able to access took almost 2 weeks to update. It took 3 phone calls to get it done. Only the final My Time Support agent was able to resolve it in about 5 mins.
