These guys are masters of the shell game , adding options pre clicked knowing the percentage of people that will miss them while renewing services and you end up being ripped off, they should be charged or someone should start a class action law suit.

Abhishek was knowledgable, clear and very helpful. I needed to change my primary email address and Abhishek helped me navigate through the authorization process very efficiently.

What made my interaction great was Carla L's patience and true desire to help. She actually earned 5 stars, but the call between NS and myself was disconnected for the 2nd time and it took some time to get back to tech support.
Thankfully, after the 2nd disconnected call, Carla actually called me back and we were able to continue our conversation. This is what pushed her into the 5-star category. Unfortunately, the overall experience with NS was not the best, due to the 1st representative not attempting to reach me back, after our call was disconnected.

Apple was extremely helpful in resolving my billing issue after getting nowhere with the Chatbot.

This rating is specifically for two things:
1. Their off-shore CSRs
2. Their AI

1. I've been with NS since 2013. I've had to contact them for support at least once a month. Easily, 50% of their off-shore CSRs are very poorly trained. They have terrible phone, self-awareness, and emotional regulation skills. This results in enormous time being wasted and highly stressful experiences.

2. Their AI has never been helpful. It also wastes enormous time with the usual AI quirks. They should nix it until they have one that's actually useful.

Network Solutions has always been preferential. Today, David, the agent, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, insightful & served beyond the stated need. Thank you for hiring David & rewarding him for exceptional service.

smtp server kept timing out every 2-5 minutes. this is not a professional service provide. customer support kept guessing and running in circles. and no refund either.

My website will not open! 2 different reps told me two different stories about why my website suddenly is not working after having no issues for a year. When my services auto-renewed, and my credit card was charged $99.99 suddenly now nothing works. The last female rep was courteous and spent more than an hour trying to fix my issue. But she was unable to do so. She had to escalate my issue to a higher engineering team. I went thru this exact same process last year when my SSL Certificate was also on Auto-Renew. It took SEVERAL WEEKS for Network Solutions to finally resolve the basic issue after about a dozen phone calls and chats on the problem. They just kept giving my more technical jargon about why it was not working and what needed to be done. None of which I understood. I've had my website for over 20 years with Register.com and I NEVER had any problems. Now all of a sudden once again, my website will not open after the renewal charges post to my credit card. It's like my website now suddenly doesn't exist. Problems with the DNS, the CCL Certificate attaching, a migration issue with populating, my Password is not working, I keep having to change my password, the web browser is not working, etc...etc... Never had ANY of these issues before with Register.com. I now have hours of time invested in this issue with no resolution. So very frustrating. I paid for a website that will suddenly now not even open. I have no time frame estimate on when the issue might be fixed. WTF???

Had issues completing purchase and lovely agent Shraddha assisted me and resolved several issues on the first contact, do happy with their customer support!

I have by accident added a hosting to my checkout due to dark patterns in network solutions' checkout. I have not used the hosting that was added to my account and when asking for a refund I was declined. Now I'm stuck for 3 years with something I will not use, Network Solutions' neither will add credit to my account, nor will issue a refund nor will issue a promo code or gift card. This can be really negligible money for a corporation but it can mean so much to a small business like mine.

I was a little reluctant to engage the services of Network Solutions to manage my website. They are absolutely awesome. I just had to learn the best way to communicate with them so they can keep my complicated website updated.

Devon was marvelous. New what the issues were and made creative and 'spot on' recommendations.

The AI chat was not helpful and then going to a live agent via phone number didn't resolve my issue because I had a migrated website. That info would have been helpful beforehand. However, once I got to the correct people Akash was very helpful.

Excellent support from Beth in understanding my network/domain problem and taking steps to resolve it.

Ryan at Network Solutions was outstanding in helping me redesign my website after it was accidentally deleted by my former web host, who retired without notifying me. That company had hosted my site for 25 years, so I initially believed the entire website and its content were lost forever.

Ryan was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive as we worked through corrections, additions, and the redesign process. He made a stressful situation much easier and helped everything move forward smoothly. I was especially thrilled to learn that the Network Solutions team had been able to retain my original site content.
