Nevisport 5* .. but their courier wasn't!
Nevisport offered a great deal on a pair of Rab trousers. I have found them to be a good company to deal with in the past so didn't hesitate.
Unfortunately, thanks to their choice of courier, my parcel went on a tour of Scotland before arriving over a week late.
This was not a fault of Nevisport .. and I'd like to say that Melissa from their customer services was excellent and very proactive in taking things forward.
So, a plea to Nevisport .. please consider using a more reliable courier and will shop with you again. Unfortunately, if DHL remain your chosen provider for delivery, I'll be looking elsewhere.

SCAM COMPANY!!
SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered two wetsuits and only one was delivered and tried ringing the contact number waited ages only to be told their call centre was closed as they close at 5pm but it was 4pm when they cut me off and said they are closed so they're obviously not a professional company, looks like I won't be seeing that missing wetsuit again

Excellent service and help. The delivery (DHL) messed up the order but when I got in touch with Nevisport they immediately sorted it out with DHL. Although my parcel was over 1 week delayed for no reason, I was happy that they helped. Boo to DHL though.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my order #2000436081, placed on 24 June 2026 for a Cotopaxi Kapai 1.5L Hip Pack DEL DIA DARK, One Size.
Your stated delivery timeframe was 3–5 days, but as of today, 3 July 2026, I still have not received my parcel.
