I'm building a new PC and bought $2500 worth of parts from newegg.
When I realized, that I needed a different case, because the one I got had some flaws in design I wasn't aware of, I requested for return, they sent me the shipping label, which basically said that I would have to pay for shipping almost $65. That's just a bit less than half of what was the price for that case.
After contacting their customer support, they basically told me that nothing can be done, sorry. Which I can also describe as polite, but useless.

Good place to order computer software, always around 2 to 7 days to receive my order in Quebec, Canada.

Price seems really good as well.

Bought ASUS AX3000, a wireless adapter. Turned out it only works with PCIe 1x, although PCIe 1x is compatible with 4x, 8x, and 16x. Pure nonsense.

After I left a review (d/profile/reviews/VzdKa3ZveTFQa1N0NWVxK21jVzB5THFjVm0wYlN5UHc%3D at newegg.ca), the manufacturer suggested to contact the retailer and return the item. Surprise-surprise, the retailer, NewEgg, didn't accept my return and looped me back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer, ASUS, doesn't reply anymore.

As usual, terrible and clueless customer service on each side, and typical behavior of big corps. Had to sell the item on eBay: wasted time and money.

Ordered a new cpu, power supply, and some ram for them. Went well, products came quickly and well packaged.

My only gripe is that the site inundates you with so many products and advertisements, you got to know what you are looking for.

Terrible experience. Bought three items from this website, two did not work when arrived after two weeks. Took another two weeks to send back the defective products. They denied to refund full amount and charged me restocking fee as they insisted one is not defective. Customer services are never helpful. The fastest response you get is when they charge you.

This website has been used to steal money from me!

Forget my previous review. If you want to jack up prices and rip people off. Go to hell NewEgg. You will not see any more business from me. I get the 3rd parties being like this, but Sold and Shipped by Newegg? a $1200 item? Go to hell

Ordered an item from their website. Was waiting for the seller to confirm receipt of payment. Then I logged into the website a few days later to see the status of my order. Found that my history was completely erased. They told me that the seller choose to cancel my order. I believe that instead of honoring the original purchase, they found another buyer who payed more for the same item. The item is now out of stock and I cannot order again. And Newegg deleted my order history to protected the seller from a bad review. This is why I am here. Have since asked them to delete my account. Will never be ordering anything from their website ever again! They lost a customer and gained a bad review themselves for protecting the morally corrupt from a bad review.

Idk why everyone is so mad, Newegg as good price and super fast shipping. I would recommend it.

Newegg shipped my $1250 package with no signature, and do not have an option for signature on their website.

Purolator lost the package. Purolator blames newegg for no signature, newegg blames me but there's no optiion to ask for signature.

Trash company.

I had the same negative experience regarding shipping as many others reviewing here. Just... don't buy from Newegg. They'll take forever to ship your item, you cancel the order, then they send it to you anyways and then demand exorbitant shipping costs to return it.

After I ordered a processor and the delivery time got pushed out 3 times. I contacted NewEgg and they said the package was "Lost in Transit" and automatically started a claim but that got stalled too.

By which time I already ordered another processor since I was told the first one was lost.

After 3 weeks, the lost package finally showed up. I contacted NewEgg to return it and they refused to refund the shipping charges saying "it was paid to the courier".
This is the same courier that lost the package and then took 3 weeks to find it. If that was handled by a bunch of amateurs they would have been more efficient!!

Will NEVER buy anything from NewEgg again after this terrible experience!! It's either Amazon or local. Never NewEgg... Never..

Ordered a processor took forever to get here and didnt provide the right cooler for it horrible experience and wont give me credit to buy proper cooler dont use this website.....-1/10

I tried returning an order worth 2K CAD. I returned the products and next thing you know, they void the RMA and suspend your account and never refund you back. Horrific Customer service. They are worth being closed down.

Terrible company with one agent telling you something and another agent telling you a different story.

Extreme review suppression. I can count multiple listings where people have reviewed it as 1 star yet it will not show their written review. I have 2 reviews which have not been posted after 2 months. Obviously if consumers are critical of their listings, they will not let you know about it. disgusting

Kept getting void orders. S*itty website

A processor ordered was sent to another city shown by the UPS tracking. Two weeks later, no replacement. When I called the new excuse was a refund was authorized four days earlier. STILL NO REFUND! I sure won't be buying from these grifters again!
